This was the MOST horrible experience in our travel!!!

The location was perfect BUT everything else was SUBPAR…

Host FAILED to response to our BASIC needs: example: toilet paper, paper towel, soap, laundry detergent. Then the UNTHINKABLE happened: BOTH toilets were plugged up. We tried calling Host but was unable to leave voice message. What was the most frustration part was: 1) First day…wasted half our day trying to contact Host for these essentials. Left for dinner and pray that Host bring supplies. 2)When we return after dinner, the requested items were NOT in our unit. We had to send our husbands to go out to BUY toilet paper, etc. Keep in mind that it’s already passed 9:00pm. They were not familiar with the area to go shopping at this late hour. 3)Then we discovered that BOTH toilets were NOT functioning. We immediately texted Host to meet with us since she is on property. NO response. We sent out “SOS emergency” by text to no avail. Host left us with no choice but to contact Booking.com 4)Already midnight, we’re VERY tire by now…while using toilet we had to put tissues into trash bins the entire night and next morning. 5) Our call to Booking.com was very productive, agent took action immediately! 6) Day-2 We made decision to stay out entire day due to unusable toilets. Upon return in the evening, the Host finally left us supplies. 7)Day-3. When we woke up, the hallway carpet was wet; we lay used towels to absorb water. We AGAIN had to contact Host to inform her that there’s definitely a pipe/water leaking.

Property located in a very safe and queit neigborhood. Acommandation is exceede my exspectations.

We enjoyed the safe and quiet of the neighborhood. We like the lovely huge patio and well-kept garden.

We wished the swimming pool was open to the guests.

Location is very good.

Check in instructions were not sent to me so we had a hard time finding where the right door was. This is located at their basement and the entrance door is at the back. There's a pool inside that can't be used at the moment and you could hear the dripping sound all day/night. There was also a dripping faucet.

This location likes to STEAL MONEY from you after they send back your damage deposit. It says cash on the app info , but no one is available to meet you for the cash. Instead, they charge your credit card on file. Send you the money back 7 days later and about a week later, for 4 days, they drain your account and act like they don't know what's going on and ghost you . DO NOT waste your time booking with these people!

We had trouble getting inside the house on the 2nd night as the door code did not work. It was around 10:30 PM and I could not get a hold of the manager. I had to go up to the 2nd floor to the landowner and asked her to contact the manager for me. It took over 20 minutes for us to stay outside with the freezing weather( I had 2 small kids and elderly parents with me). I would never go back to this property again.

Many things in the unit were damaged/broken. From lighting to door to cabinets you name it. Also the floor on both bathrooms were dirty. Toilet in the main room does not flush well at all. No enough toilet paper nor a decent trash cash inside the house. Chairs next to the kitchenette were broken and my son almost fell out of it. I also found a big spider crawling on the floor on the 3rd day of my stay. I took all the pictures and sent it to the manager/host as she was adamant about putting damage deposit at the beginning. I would understand if the house is in great condition but with all the conditions I found/described, I feel like if I did not check and take pictures of them the host will blame me for all the existing damage. I would not recommend anyone to book this unit.

the rooms are comfortable and clean. great spaces for family time. the location is close to main streets.

the kitchen is small.

Quiet, comfortable lodging for a group or family if not intending to do much cooking

It was clean and comfortable, at least the 2 larger bedrooms were comfortable. The bed in the third bedroom was not as comfortable. Accommodations were also in a quiet area and there is a good amount of space for a group

There were some issues with the toilet not working properly in the ensuite of the main bedroom. Kitchen area only includes a microwave and hot plate, no stove. Similar setup as a kitchenette, we thought it would be more like a typical kitchen. Didn’t like that charges were billed to our credit card 3 days prior to our arrival. My thinking, this should happen the day of arrival. WORST OF ALL WE WERE DOUBLE BILLED! Another Payment was taken a few days after the first, not cool 😡

Great location, value for money, clean and well maintained property.

The company managing the property. We did not get our access code by email two days before arrival as promised. Called more than 10 times, no one answered. We did not get the code till about 10 hours after our arrival because the land lady stepped in and helped us. During our stay we tried to contact the managing company to ask about things related to the property, no answer! Very unprofessional. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would go again, only if the management company is changed.
