Tranquila

Habitación amplia con un lavamanos en su interior. Buena ropa de cama.

Air Canada envío mi maleta al hotel porque se encontraba extraviada y el personal no me aviso. LLegó un día Lunes y mi check out fue el miércoles, ni siquiera en el check out me avisaron, supe que estaba en el hotel cuando llegue al aeropuerto para mi vuelo.

Perfect place to Stay in DownTown Vancouver. It has it all.

el lugar es increible, con cafe en la manana, las camas son deliciosas, el personal super amable, la ubicacion lo mas perfecta, cerca del Canada Line, junto en el centro de la ciudad y lo mas maravilloso las vistas desde la habitacion gracias, super agradecida.

I spent the first and last hours of my stay crying by myself

I love that it is non profit

The staff lacked basic communication, they were not knowledgeable about the building or parking. My truck got broken in to overnight, and vandalized.

good location near Robson Street, for a short overnight certainly recommend, garage parking available for just 20$

Pay a bit more to stay somewhere else. Trust me, it’s worth it.

Location is good if you’re attending an event at BC place or Rogers arena

Small plain room, poor customer service, throw up in elevator, overall unenjoyable.

Good location, staff and room. Bad bathroom

Nice location and staff. Clean and comfy room.

The shared bathroom was an issue. My neighbor room, who shared the bathroom with me, was very unhygienic and kept urinating all over the bathroom floor and making noises throughout the night. Even though the reception would send the cleaning person to rescue, still the shares bathroom situation isn't a good idea. Also, at all times, there's a fear that the neighbor is going to open the other door to the bathroom.

Fantastic stay at YWCA

Staff were so approachable and friendly. Room was perfectly clean every time it was serviced. Great value for money in an expensive city!

Late-ish check in time but our room was ready early so it wasn't a worry!

Fine but expensive!

It was a good location especially for the stadium and easy walk to Gastown, CBD etc.

It was a shared bathroom and incredibly expensive - maybe that is just Vancouver pricing but to pay that much and still be able to hear the person next door to you from bathroom is not great! Room very plain but serviceable

Nice double room with terrace

I was pleasantly surprised to see that my room had a small terrace. It was nice to be able to sit outside after a long day and relax. The rootop terrace was unexpected but much appreciated also.

Very good

Great location. We did not have breakfast we left the hotel at 4.30 AM for the airport. But we were very disappointed with the flying with Flair airlines [2 hours delay in lax and 5 hours delay in Vancouver, We receive a voucher for $10 each as a compensation for food. This was not acceptable and are requesting some refunds. Thank you

Do not recommend this Air line. Hotel are great.

It was worth it and would stay at YWCA again.

The room was clean and even sharing the bathroom was efficient. The sheets and towels were white and clean. Also loved the free coffee.

Maybe advice on where to shop or tour but not a big deal.

Good hostel, but noisy at night due to poor windows

The room was clean and a good size with a sink in the room

The room was noisy as the windows aren't great, so you could hear the traffic and air conditioning units outside

A great hotel at an excellent location.

location, staff, cleanliness, amenities! They were nice to provide 1 hour extra for late check-out and let us store our our luggage there because of our late flight out.

The location is great

It’s a bit cramped and the bed was somewhat creaky and it was fairly noisy.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable, clean room.

Rooms were nicely redone and really clean. The front desk staff were friendly. Quick check in/check out. Nice convenient location.

Not enough parking for hotel guests!! Having to try and find parking blocks away and walk to the hotel with bags and luggage, is very inconvenient. Especially if an event is going on, hard to find a close parking spot that’s isn’t $30 + a day. Pillows were really soft.
