Do not sleep on the pull out beds!! Worst sleep ever because you can feel the bar in 2 places on the bed and we woke up so sore and barely slept :( I asked the manager if they had any extra cushions or something and they didn’t have much except an extra blanket. We had to go buy an air mattress. My other friends slept amazingly in the king bed though.

The he staff here are really the silver lining, so sweet and friendly. They We’re very kind to our 4 year old particularly. Our room was well appointed and had a great view of the city, the pool was a bit cold but the hot tub looked very nice! Great location lots of amenities very close by. Bed linens were very comfortable. Only a small warning if you are sound sensitive, there is a fire station across the street and you can hear city ‘noises’ I’m a very light sleeper and didn’t find it that bad at all.

Great location if you enjoy city life! Lots of great restaurants and ethnic food. Really close to shopping and entertainment. Little close to fire station, so if you prefer quiet, reserve the rooms on the higher levels. Hotel was great, very clean, friendly staff. It has a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, great to unwind and relax after long day of exploring the city.

Good night in the city with friends. Hotel staff were very friendly, door staff were helpful and made sure we got a taxi. Only complaint is that the pull out couch is located poorly in the room. If i pulled out the bed it would block the path to the bathroom, and my guests wouldn't be able to use the bathroom at night. So i ended up sleeping just on the couch itself without pulling out the bed.

Super comfortable, had everything we needed! Wonderful stay. Would stay here again!! :) The only downside were the washers and dryers (located nicely on every 2nd floor) but they were in poor condition - one didn't dry and the other took over an hour to wash) - everything else about this facility was excellent!! Staff were all friendly and accommodating!

One of the best locations when you’re attending an event at BC Place with underground parking and it has OJ’s restaurant and bar in the lobby for pre- and post-event bevies and eats.

I was miss led about parking costs.I was told 12 dollard a night not 28.We had no choice had to pay it as we were heading on a cruise.They would not accomadate us at all for a reinbursement. Not happy at all.

Enjoyed the stay. Love that the restaurant is attached. Close to both our venues. The only downside is the mattress on the pullout couch.

It was a wonderful trip with family of 5. We booked 2 nights. The room is clean and comfortable with a small kitchen. The only problem is there is only 1 bathroom. We will pay more attention on the detail when we book apartment style hotel in the future.

Central location to everything. Rooms are a little small but practical. Just wish they have a recycle bin in each unit for easy sorting. Other than that, it's a hotel that meets my expectations. Thanks for making our stay in Vancouver an enjoyable one.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The layout of the condo was practical. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to everything in the city. Was able to walk everywhere.

The bed was lumpy and it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Also very difficult to get in touch with the hotel since it's a timeshare and there are no easy ways of communication, but rather a voicemail

Located in an ideal area, within walking distance of lots of attractions, groceries, and restaurants. We didn't utilize all thr cooking supplies, but it was nice to have the option. The only complaint is that the staff didn't seem to be able to answer questions about the area. It seems that someone in the hospitality industry would be more informative. We did have a great stay.

Hotel was in an excellent location for walking to the many sights and restaurants available in the city. We had a suite with views on two sides, which was spectacular. It was nice having the bedroom separated from the living room by a small kitchenette and bathroom. Laundry facility was located next to our suite, which was great. Luggage storage before and after check in/out was appreciated.
