Disappointed in condition of room. Both beds squeaked horribly. The Bathroom door squeaked badly as well. Took two phone calls to get that fixed. Privacy/maid service light didn’t work. Room done mid-day but left no coffee for next morning. The hot tub area is not as big as pics make it out to be. Room located at end, next to construction site. We used our free Hotels.com night for one of our nights. guess thats why we got the less desirable room. When booking, had to do two night minimum but people checking in, in front of me were only there for one night! We enjoyed other Hampton Inns. Won’t stay here again even with great location.

Perfect overnight stay for attending an event at Rogers Arena. Easy safe walking distance to arena, as well as other areas in/around the city. Had a corner king unit on 12th floor. Nice view. Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Front desk staff was friendly & professional. Bonus that breakfast was included in our stay which had a nice variety. On-site parking available for a fee. Will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we found that the hotel was advertising a lower rate than you quoted. Also the towel racks were inadequate.

Check in manager Aziz was extremely unprofessional. He rolled his eyes at me on multiple occasions and gave me attitude. Room is a little dated, but spacious. Good location.

The property is in walking distance to Rogers arena and BC place. Lots of restaurants near by. We were in a corner room on 11th floor, room was clean, spacious, king size bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location for sports as Roger’s is right around the corner and BC place is literally right there. Anything you could need during your stay is within a short walk. 10/10 would stay again

The view of the city is absolutely beautiful! Great rooms and perfect for events at Rogers Arena. Felt safe even with my 12 year old. Would stay here again.

This is our go to hotel when in Vancouver. I’ve noticed a bit of shabbiness on the sofas in some of the suites. In the past, the breakfasts have been quite good but this time the eggs were very dry.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were able to have a courtesy early check in, which was much appreciated so that we didn't have to drag our luggage around town. Our room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the city. We both really loved this hotel and will definitely stay again, just wish some of the buildings and streets surrounding it were better maintained.

The reception is very 👎 and rude. The room i stayed had noise coming from the other room at nights. I was overcharged for that room i payed 190$ . Thats insane. Will never book with this hotel anymore

Location is unbeatable and the service was incredible, friendly and helpful. A tad loud at times both within and outside the hotel but the outside was to be expected with everything happening near this location.

Location convenient to Rogers Arena and walkable to downtown areas. The bed was very soft and I found it difficult to sleep on, but that’s just a personal preference.
