Nice stay

Beds were very comfortable, shower was nice

Breakfast was a little cold, room wasn’t ready at check in time, the lights by the outdoor pavilion were left on all night which made our room bright.

Excellent choice, especially with a dog.

The walking trail around the property makes taking your dog for exercise and bathroom breaks very convenient and pleasant. They also provided pet waste bags in the center of the parking lot. The location is very convenient without being in the middle of downtown. The pool, hot tub, outside seating areas, and fire pit made relaxing at the hotel very pleasant. Staff was stellar, rooms were clean. Helped make my trip to Wisconsin fantastic.

it was OK but it’s time to do some updates.

convenient to the Alliance Energy Center and Dining

Hallways were not air conditioned, ice machine I. 2nd floor was always out of order. I felt they cut corners on a superior guest experience. I have stayed here for the past 4 years and the quality is deteriorating

Great place! Will stay again.

The breakfast was good with different choice everyday. The dining area was bright and clean. Staff was very polite. I especially liked the laundry facility on the same floor as my room. So convenient!

The frying pan is a bit beat up, all scratched. So we did not use that. the pull out sofa works, but the mattress was a bit old, with stains.

Nice staff, quiet, clean and comfortable room.

Exceptional staff (every department we were in contact with), very comfortable beds, fitness area was very nice and the breakfast was very good for all dietary needs.

The only thing we would say could have been handled better is that the hot tub in the pool area had quite a bit of dirt in it and was there our entire stay. We did let the front desk attendant know at the beginning of our stay, but it didn't get taken care of for our entire stay (5 nights).

This will be our #1 location for visits to UW to see our son!

Perfect location. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Kitchenette was wonderful to have. I was able to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal for my son and his UW friends.

We were told at check in because of lack of help we would not have housekeeping, but if we needed anything to let front desk know. We had two condition and no shampoo and needed more towels, so on the way out the second day i stopped and asked if they could be brought to room. He wanted me to take them with me! I was on the way out to my sons rehearsal dinner! I asked if he could have them brought up and gave me a dirty look and said he would try to have it done but it might not get there. ( this was in the morning when housekeeping as still around the halls working) Didnt get either.

We checked in after midnight on our way to Ohio. Check in was fast and easy. We were in our room in 15 minutes.

Loved every minute of it.

Breakfast was excellent and fully met our dietary requirements. Rooms were lovely and quiet and serviced on request. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything except the toilet paper! It was not of a great quality.

Excellent. Will stay at Hiltons from now on.

The staff. Both Aaron and Sam went above and beyond. Aaron helped me resolve a check-in issue and to retrieve earrings I dropped down the bathroom sink. Sam helped me to find my lost phone. Both were professional, respectful and courteous.

Must Read! Awesome hotel

Friendly staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, local shopping, etc. I was attending a baby shower at the hotel in the first meeting room as you walk in the hotel. Very spacious. I didn't have enough room to add pics but it is a very lovely hotel. Oh and nice gym, swimming pool and patio with beautiful scenery. 😍
