Close to other businesses and easy to find. Handicap access was good in the bathroom.

Traffic outside our room was very noisy. There was dog food on the floor and bathroom floor was dirty. When I told the front desk about these issues the only response was to ask for my room number.

Great restaurant. Quiet and clean.

Rooms had outside access. Didn’t have to go through the lobby.

clean and comfortable - very homey feeling. Staff was super helpful and gave us a ground floor room when they realised we had a lot of luggage. they also gave us recommendations for our trip which was super helpful

Good hotel! right price for the quality you get

Room was pretty modern and spacious. Warm indoor pool is a big plus after a cold day in the snow When we arrived there were empty beer cans laying around in the parking lot(tailgate party) the following day it was all cleaned up by the cleaners.

The room could be cleaner, there was still a lot of hair laying around, empty beer bottles stinking behind the night stand.

I loved the placed

I loved the location, te staff the decoration. Rooms are fancy. I loved that there’s floor and not carpet.

I did not like that the basic stuff like toilet paper… Kleenex shampoo coffee… are not enough for the days we stayed. They don’t do the rooms everyday, but they should have enough of everything (for the days of our stay) I know I could call, but our phone wasn’t working and is not nice to go out the snow every time you need extra towels… so I recommend put everything the guest will need for their stays, or do the rooms daily.

It was ok

The pillows were very comfy and plush, the shampoo and conditioner were impressive, the breakfast was decent, the staff was nice, the inside of the hotel was pretty nice in the lobby - fire place and water feature, nice relaxed vibe of the property.

It felt more like a motel or apartment building after realizing I had to drive to my assigned building and enter the room from the outside. It was very easy to hear my neighbors flushing toilets and using the shower and tv too. I didn't sleep soundly unfortunately.

After a few hours of mix-ups on the part of the staff, the stay was good.

It was a clean and updated room

Staff sent us to the wrong building twice. One of the rooms they sent us to was still dirty from the prior customers. They told us to come back in two hours for the building we requested and when we did, they had given away all the rooms in that building.

lots of potential poor execution

The hotel is nicely designed. The bar/restaurant is a nice convenience. There is an indoor pool and basic fitness room. The check-in and checkout was quick and efficient. The front desk and staff was nice and accommodating.

There were cigarette butts outside my door for my entire three night stay. I stayed in two different rooms and neither room had any body wash. The second room had no toilet paper. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned (clump of hair in tub). The convenience of the restaurant was unfortunately overshadowed by the fact that the food was pretty bad. I ordered the taco plate. The meat was inedible-- cubed, dull, greyish-looking meat with no flavor. There didn't seem to be any care for details through out the hotel. It's unfortunate because it's a nice looking property.

Beautiful and convenient location and place!

Great location! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Comfy bed. Large room. Beautiful place!

The cleaning crew never made up our room or brought fresh towels or restocked the coffee. 🤷‍♀️

Interesting architecturally , nice lobby area, very friendly staff.

Poor outside maintenance gave what might have been an interesting property the feel of stacked shipping containers with doors in them. Hair in shower drain (did someone wash their dog and housekeeping miss it?) Killed two large bugs in bathroom and a false fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Have stayed at many Hilton properties .....Conrad would not be pleased with this one.

Not what I expected from a Hilton Property

The lobby, restaurant, and bar were beautiful! It was fairly quiet after the kids playing in the stairwell/courtyard settled in. Parking was easy and close to the outside entrance to the room. Staff was ok, not very friendly, but competent.

I called the front desk for help twice and was put on endless holds. The TV remote batteries were dying so the only way it would work was to point at the box behind the TV. Carpet and chair were stained. Carpet old and worn, overhead lamp in the bathroom/shower didn’t work, the makeup mirror was falling off of the wall. There were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in the shower, but no soap at the sink. Bed was mushy, but fairly comfortable. Linens were worn. I was double charged for the room. Once via Booking.com and then again via the hotel. Just one more hassle to deal with while on the road.

Excellent value. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The staff were super nice and went out of their way to make us happy. Two negatives...there was a wasp nest near our room entrance. Also, they are doing away with bar soap next to the sink. Weird, you have to get body wash from the shower to wash your hands. Although there was a nice little bar soap dish next to the sink so I guess you have to bring your own.

Ok stay for one night

I booked two rooms with breakfast but they gave me only one breakfast per room. That I should call Booking. They mentioned that Booking is not a good site to make reservations, that they always have issues. They were a little slow to check in and out. However, they did accomodate us as soon as they got a clean room, what I appreciated. In the room : they forgot to put soap and there were half empty bootles in the freezer from previous guests. Everything else was ok

Great family-friendly hotel

Everyone was so nice here, and my kids loved the swimming pool! It was also a great location, just a short drive from the plaza.

It was a long walk to our room from the lobby and the pool - the property is quite expansive.

Nice bed and bathroom.

Staff was angry, and anytime I asked a question, they frowned, and gave curt answer. Didn't like $50.00 pet fee plus tax.

Much more expensive than I expected.

Breakfast options were limited and high-priced. The food was fine.

I was charged over $150 for a room that was supposed to cost $138. I was told the difference was a "deposit" and if I had any questions, I had to contact Booking.Com. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but I was charged for it.
