Schönes, sauberes, aber relativ lautes Hotel

Das Hotel hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Alles ist sauber und wir fanden in unserem Zimmer einen Willkommensgruß in Form eines Kuchens vor. Sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichlich, wenn auch teilweise recht farblos. Das Personal war rundherum freundlich und aufmerksam.

Durch die Lage an einer belebten Straße, ist die nächtliche Geräuschkulisse sehr hoch.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. Staff very helpful. Good room excellent shower and good wifi. Much better than expected for price.

Exceptional

The staff is very helpful to arrange a driver for us to Ijen Volcano, they even prepare take away breakfast for us as we will miss the breakfast buffet because of our trip to Ijen. For the hotel, the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choices.

Exceptional

The location of this hotel is superb, many restaurants and warung makan nearby to satisfy your hunger. Overall condition of the hotel was very clean, proper and smelled good too. Would come back here again.

The room was a bit small, I wish there are larger room options.

Spectacular

Breakfast & the facilities made me feel really comfortable, the smell of the room and also the staff doing great of their job. Would recommend this to other.

That time when I got to check-in there was a lot of peoples there, I would suggest the staff to help them conditioning the surroundings. Because, I think the lobby would be quiet & calm place, but I didn't felt comfy at all because the surroundings of al lot of people.

The location is good. Room is clean and spacious.

There is no door in the shower and it wets the bathroom floor when we shower. The breakfast selection can be better. And it would have made our stay better if there was a mini fridge in the room.

The very loud music at breakfast. Coffee that was cold. Bathroom has no vent so after a shower it started to smell bad due to damp towels.

I have a good stay at Kampi except for the noise from the street and I could not sleep well at night. The staff are frie

It’s close enough to busy Jalan Tunjungan but Kampi has a more friendly surrounding with greenary and Apsari Park nearby. The hotel food is quite good but if you want more, just outside the hotel there are many local food vendors as well as Western fast-food outlets.

My room on the 6th floor faces the busy Gaberno Suryo Street and it is noisy even till late at night. If you’re a light sleeper, take the garden facing room.
