Très bel endroit personnel accueillant et souriant, je recommande cet établissement.

L’endroit est parfait juste en face de la plage, le centre ville est à 10 mn et les propos nous ont surclassé dans un appartement. Difficile de raler.

Tout était parfait sauf la douche un peu capricieuse.

Great place to stay in Summer!

We stayed in room 1 which was very spacious for 3 people. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing - thank you Paola and Claudia. Poetto is a great part of Cagliari to stay in when it is hot as you are across the road from a good beach and beach club (Emerson). Short, easy bus trip into the main part of the city and the staff bought us the tickets and gave instructions on how to get there.

The breakfast was simple - but this is very European.

Very nice staff. Very clean rooms. The hotel is just opposite the beach. City centre 10mins by car.

The breakfast was simple but good. The location is perfect if you want to spend a few days just next to the beach.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

The location is great just across from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants.

If you have heavy, or a lot of luggage request a ground floor room as there isn't a lift to the upper floor.

Superb

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully situated on Poetto Beach, with numerous restaurants, beach bars, and a supermarket within walking distance. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of breads, eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt and pastries. I visited during the off season, and there was ample free parking available nearby.

Exceptional

Very nice, clean and cosy appartment with a great balony with a sea view :) Very close to the sea and local restaurants. Consierge was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good but definitely there is room to improve

Location is epic. Practically on the beach and the li it ed vehicle access on the road between the property and the beach is wonderful. The bus stop close is close to the property.

The beds are uncomfortable - a thin layer of memory foam would improve matters dramatically. Perking is also not on site but on the road behind the block. Also staff needs to be clearer with explanations on how to catch busses and where tickets can be bought

Wonderful location and a fantastic property to stay in

Lovely property and fantastic location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent when Valentina was serving.

Pillows were very soft so quite uncomfortable. Room refrigerator was noisy so we had to switch it off overnight!

Perfect place to stay in front of Poetto beach

Everything during our stay was perfect! Very nice accommodation just in front of Poetto beach, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel. Also a lot of options for food near to the hotel and easy access to the city center by bus. Would stay again!

A relaxing and pleasant stay.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony looking out to sea. We were able to hire bikes and cycle in the national park, go swimming and walking. Some good places to eat too. We hired an electric boat for an afternoon from the small marina which was fun.

Bit pricey for a three star but lovely view!

Literally as close to the beach as you can get. So much going on around it real lively spot. Good breakfast and the most comfortable bed we had in our 7 day tour of the area.

Great beachfront Hotel that doesn't cost the earth

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super with lots of options. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable and so was the room

Good alternative to explore Cagliari without staying at the Historical center

Great location, not in the city center, but easy to get there by car. Room was very clean, good amenities provided, breakfast was good and staff was super friendly.

Bad experience with villa converted in small hotel apartments, impossible to sleep for 2 nights.

Terrible noise from restaurant , Bedroom's window give to backyard of restaurant , impossible to sleep before 2am. AC broken, noise from machine, the fan loudly noise , we are switched off conditioner for all night. Management said not any other availability....sorry but this is that we have .
