Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Erholung!

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Einen Lob an den Küchenchef. Das Buffet war köstlich auch Mezes (kalte und warme Vorspeisen sind sehr empfehlenswert) und die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. alle Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis hin zu Sauberkeit der Reinigungskräfte sehr vorbildlich. Die Lage ist sehr schön und vorteilhaft. Ich war schonmal hier sehr zufrieden werde auch in Zukunft Pasaport Pier Hotel bevorzugen.

Old, worn out hotel.

To be honest, not much except the location

The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke (from lobby to rooms to the towels and linnen in the room)

It was very horrible experience and misleading if the room how look like in the picture and when you go in reality compl

Absolutely I don’t like the hotel at all they misleading people they shouldn’t be in Booking men the picture completely different than reality and definitely is not worth even one star and I tried to call you guys but you don’t have support phone anymore like before and I left the hotel and still have another three days I asked them to refund it they told me no and be so rude

I don’t like everything. Specially the attitude in the reception.

If you are traveling with family or children, then choose another hotel to stay! beware of this filth that goes on there. This is not a hotel, this is a bordel. There are many Ukrainian girls here who take clients here. The hotel management knows what's going on here. I saw administrator Burak telling the girl that she had to pay 300 lira for each guest. It's a shame!!!!

a nice hotel

nice room, friendly staff, central location, good view.

parking is difficult, needed hotel staff to valet car off site, WIFI was hit and miss.

Good ocation, friendly and helpfull staff. Comfortable bed with clean sheets

Rooms needs a serious renovation including the bathrooms.

Sea View, Late CheckIn, Location, Breakfast, Internet.

No Lift to Breakfast, not disabled friendly. Bathtub was old, outdated, broken, to be replaced.

Photos made the hotel appear a bit better than it was. Rooms weren’t exactly soundproof & we heard a lot of neighbours 😳..

I woulld like to thank your guys for the great service that i had, espicialy Asya Asya was amazing, friendly, helpfull, smiling always, she knows how to do customer service, really 10 out of 10 i recomend ppl to book in this hotel, there is many many things are top rate , [email protected] this is my email and i can explain more and more I would love to book this hotel again next holiday.

Very poor

Very run down hotel Firstly given a twin bed room, asked to change as double was requested on booking. Then given a smoking room. Had to change again and pay more for only available room. Even the door frame broke in this room Badly leaking shower

Overall too expensive for condition of hotel.

The property is at a nice location right by the ferry port Pasaport. Also, many other viewpoints are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Also, the restaurant has a view of the Aegean sea I would assume, which was quite lovely.

I had to wait till 3:30 pm to be checked in to the property even though my check in time was at 2pm. It was a terribly long wait as we wanted to rest after our flights but we were kept delayed for some reason.

Underwhelming and uncomfortable

I had no Wi-Fi for three days, moved rooms and only had patchy Wi-Fi. As an English tourist travelling for dental work I spent most of my time in the room. I was bored out of my mind as I could watch nothing then very little on my devices . I also felt very detached as I could not regularly contact friends and family. Only one person on the entire staff spoke a little English (I get that I am in Turkey but hospitality demands some grasp of languages) the bathroom was really grotty and often smelled of sewage. The restaurant food was really basic omelette, pizza, pasta and the breakfast was really poor. The housekeeping staff every day would deliberately leave one or two items from the initial “clean” (wash cloth , floor towel, coffee or tea etc ) so they could knock on the door later despite the do not disturb sign to pressure you into giving a tip ( I tipped everyone that I actively met , room service and the housekeeping staff it if I was out they would employ this trick!!!! The air conditioner was completely ineffective for the size of the room . I asked several times for it to be looked at and or for a fan … neither happened. The temperature in my room after around 10.30 am was around 85 to 90 degrees which made me miserable
