Good location, staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, gym, sauna indoor/outdoor pool was lovely and relaxing

The breakfast was the same everyday nothing to get excited about Late check out fee is very expensive

Located atop a hill and hence has good views! Aesthetics and interior decor of the property is also tasteful to some extent!

The room air conditioning was set to heat mode by default even with outside temperatures hitting 22 degrees! So irrespective of your thermostat setting the ac would still supply hot air. Nights were cool so we managed to sleep with the windows open, the staff helped us with a portable fan as well, but the default mode doesn’t justify considering the fact that its not snowing outside! We were at Wyndham Istanbul Europe few days back, even with temperatures going below 10 degrees, the room still gave us an option to select heat/cool mode! The hotel is also not that centrally located and you would most likely need a taxi or walk at least 1.5kms to the closest beach or other bazaars.

stay somewhere else was not well managed due to not many visitors

great views the wellness centre was very good

exposed wires on kettles near wet areas , ants all over the toilet , water wasn’t working intermittently on the last two nights couldn’t wash before prayer during Ramadan had to use bottled water unacceptable staff didn’t sort another room out as promised told them about the ants nothing was done

very clean, fresh and good service. breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

The location. if you haven’t got a car or Taxis you can’t really walk to anywhere as the resort is out the way.

Insane facilities with beautiful mountainous & sea-views. LUXURY break.

Insane like no other facilities. Hamaam bath was beautiful. Pools were gorgeous. Luxury spa resort with fantastic facilities. Beautiful views of the sea/mountains.

An all inclusive option would have been fantastic. It’s situated upon the top of a very tall hill… taxi/car recommend, but very affordable taxi’s.

Disappointing

the property was clean and cozy

the staff were not professional, they used to let us pay for stuff that we’re not mentioned in booking.com while they were saying that it was mentioned here. They were not straight forward with us they kept changing their words every single days just to let us pay once i mentioned that i’ll call the tourism’s police they returned the money back otherwise they kept lying. I payed for ab extra bed and called twice at night for them to bring it to the room and no one came with it. the reception staff were not polite and not professional at all. what i realized is that all the clients were disappointed by the way the hotel staff mistreated them from all different nationalities. the place was very nice but the staff reuined our stay.
