安かろう悪かろう

2名で宿泊でしたが、最大4名泊まれる部屋で広く、安く宿泊できたのが良かった。

バスローブかパジャマがなく、寝る時に着る物がなかった。歯ブラシ等の最低限のアメニティもなし。バスタブが別であることを条件に探し、宿泊を決めたが、シャワールームとバスタブが別で、バスタブ、洗面台、トイレが全て繋がっていたので使いにくかった。またお風呂のタイル壁には触れば取れる洗剤か入浴剤の汚れがあり、バスタブ壁面上部の排水溝にも黒い汚れが溜まっていて、気づいて気持ち悪くて途中でお風呂をあがった。バルコニーのソファのクッション隙間にタバコが落ちていた。

可體驗像小公寓般的住宿體驗空間夠算舒適

3人房的空間非常大且房內也都有簡單廚房器具碗盤也都有備妥一些飯店旁就有停車場（自駕方便使用）無人櫃檯自行辦理入住

周遭夜生活較多車道也稍小些開8人坐車是要小心且多單向道不小心差點彎錯就被當地的計程車司機大按長鳴喇叭....

สะดวก สะอาด ทำเลดี ที่จอดรถหยอดเหรียญเอา เก้าอี้นวด ปลั๊กไฟรูเสียบเยอะ เตียงนอนสบาย ใช้รหัสกดเอา กุญแจไม่ต้อง แค่อย่าลืมรหัสก็พอ

ไม่มีมนุษย์ที่ฟรอนต์เลย ใช้ทักษะชีวิตล้วนๆ แต่ก็มีข้อดีเหมือนกัน มัน very japanese อีกแล้ว

- 소통이 잘 된다 - 가성비 좋다 - 위치가 좋다 * 예민한 편이 아니라 저는 너무 만족했습니다. 약간 불편한 부분은 있았지만 심하지 않아서 재방문 의사 100%!! * 여행 전 문제가 있었는데 소통이 아주아주 잘 됩니다! 답장과 조치가 빨라요!! 감사합니다‘

- 냄새.. * 화장실 문 열자마자 이상한 냄새가 가득했어요.. * 밖에 나갔다 들어오면 숙소에 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나요 - 세탁 * 이불 세탁이 잘 되었는지 모르겠어요.. (뭐가 묻어있았음)

天神にも近く駐車場が隣接しており安かった所。レコードが聴けた所。

よく見ると掃除がいまいち。風呂の浴槽を溜める蛇口に髪の毛が残っていた。

Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in

Location was the only good thing. Balcony is huge with comfortable furniture (I should have slept outside!)

Check in took a long time as the tablet would not let me check in. The room was rundown and not clean at all. There was hair in the bathroom, shower and bathtub, toilet was used and not flushed, soap stains on shower door, carpet was not vacuumed, sofa was dirty (I sat on towels!) , coffee table was dusty, leg support under bed was broken, room tablet screen was dirty and I washed my hands straight after contacting the staff on it. I complained about the state of the room and they sent cleaners up (initially they wanted me to go out while they cleaned but I said no as it should have been clean in the first place and I was tired). They used a roller tape to "clean" the bathroom and not vacuumed or sanitized, vacuumed with a useless vacuum cleaner. They were very apologetic but whole room was total ick and I had trouble sleeping as I was so itchy all night. The room size was amazing with a whole extra bedroom and it has so much potential if it was completely upgraded and changed cleaning companies and sanitized everything as well.

風呂と寝るだけなら十分なホテル

無人ホテルの為自分でチェックイン、チェックアウトを行うが、すんなり行けたし、テレビリモコンが電池切れした時、思ったよりすぐ行動してくれました。洗濯乾燥出来るランドリーもあり利用しました。

ベッド、ソファーは何も問題無かったのですが、全体的にとてもホコリが凄かったです。アメニティに関しては人数分の歯ブラシぐらいです。足りない分は買えばいいのでそのように対応はしました。あとほぼ海外観光客(韓国人)だったので1階外喫煙所がめちゃくちゃ汚かったです。

good room facility. good location.just 10 min from subway station by walk with many convenient stores. easy to check-in and check out just 5 min with 27 person none time The security is good and keep clean.

there is no staff support invoice and receipt. Properties staff and booking.com staff refuse to issue invoice and receipt.

3人で2泊なのに、タオルが二日分用意されてなかった事と、かけ布団が2人分しかなかった事は、良くなかった

房間整齊, 地點很好, 可以步行去天神, 及博多運河城, 附近也有很多餐廳

明明是訂了三人, 也明明是兩床, 梳化也可改成梳化床, 但卻只有兩張被! 應該要在衣櫃或梳化內放置多一太床上用品另外, 沒有鞋抽另外, 也有小螞蟻

最悪でした。

ホテルの立地は、駅からも近めで良かったです。お部屋は広かったです。カーペットは汚いです。また、泊まりたいかと言われたらないです！チャットのレスは早かったそれだけです。電話も転送されますが繋がります。だからといって電話しても、問題は解決しませんでした。言葉はとても丁寧ですが、解決しない！

お部屋、エアコンをかけたら黒いホコリがまい、ホコリアレルギーの私は咳がでて鼻がつまり…お風呂に入ろうとしましたら、歯磨き粉と髪の毛があり気持ち悪く…２日目の夜は、韓国人の奇声で夜中の３時過ぎまで寝られませんでした。無人ホテルなのでチャットにて散々お伝えし、夜中の3時に電話しましたが、対応して頂けなかったです。寝ることができず、子供も起きてしまい…最悪です。宿泊費用も払いたくないくらいです。結構、ホテルとも連絡していますので、詳細はお聞きしてブッキングの方で調査して頂きたいくらいです！

部屋が広いので荷物が多くても連絡しやすいです。

お部屋が広かった。コインランドリーが館内にあって男女別でした。布団やタオルがとても清潔でした。

ブレーカーが2泊３日の1日目に3回落ちました。２日目以降はなんともなかったです。冷蔵庫はありますが、冷凍庫はありません。そして小さいので多くの物を冷蔵する事は出来ないです。

安くて立地はいいけど、水回りの掃除が行き届いてない。

部屋はきれいで広かったです。

水回りが汚かった。浴槽が汚かった。シャワーの温度が一定にならず途中で冷たくなったりした。

텐진,나카스,하카타 그 어딜가도 도보 이동이 편리했습니다. 안마의자가 있어서 피로를 풀기 좋았으나 수건은 4일동안 1인1장! 수건 꼭 준비해가야 합니다. 다음에도 또 방문할께요.

청소는 아니더라도 수건은 매일 갈아주셨으면...

前回の同じ宿泊先とは思えないぐらいの期待はずれでした。これでは無人化は難しいのではないでしょうか。

部屋が広い、ベットが大きい。

バスルームの黒カビが大量に発生して気持ち悪い。 1階のエントランスのごみ置き場とタオル置き場が散乱している。外側のテーブルスペースもペットや缶が放置状態。ルームでの奥の向かって左窓際の電灯が切れかかっている。

위치 좋았습니다. 여기저기 접근성이 아주 좋아요. 남자 둘이 가서 그런지, 큰 불만은 없었습니다. 체크인이 11시까지라 널럴해서 좋습니다. 안마의자가 있어서 피곤하면 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요. (전 객실에 있는 지는 잘 모르겠네요.)

캐리어 보관이 안되구요. 청소 상태 기대하시면 안됩니다. 뭐 그럭저럭 있을만은 합니다. 그 외에, 이건 ZONK의 문제가 아니라 Booking.com의 문제인데, 메세지 받을 때 앱과 메일로 개인정보 요구 메일이 옵니다. 저는 ZONK에서 온 것으로 받았는데, 찾아보니 세계 각지의 숙소에서 Cardholder 체크해야 한다고 카드 정보를 요구합니다. 절대 무시하시길 바랍니다! 그 메세지는 숙소에서 보내는 메세지가 아닙니다. 저는 응답했다가 뭔가 이상해서 바로 카드 분실신고 했습니다. 예약완료후 개인정보 요구에 절대 응답을 하지 마세요!

Worth the price

very spacious space and clean rooms eventho unmanned hotel. Smooth check-in and check out. Accommodating for request to extend 1hr with minimal charge. Location is superb, a lot of resto, convenience stores, grocery, bus stops and malls nearby.

Nothing much except that cannot leave luggages becasue of unmanned hotel. But you can stay at the lobby after check out until our service arrived.

写真に騙されてはいけない。避けるべき。

ホテルではありません。古いマンションを無人宿泊施設にリニューアルしたもので、民泊といった方が良いでしょう。ホテルのサービスを期待すると痛い目をみます。廊下にはシーツが放置されていました。部屋は築古っぽい匂いが充満しており快適さはない。清掃は行き届いておらず、髪の毛がお風呂場に落ちており、さらにお風呂場はぬめりが取れておらず大変気持ち悪かったです。そのことを連絡してもなんの対応もなく、形式的な謝罪のみ。写真を撮っておくれと言われ、気持ち悪かったので流したから写真はないと伝えると、『すぐに写真を撮っていれば清掃対応できたがもう無理』とあたかもこちらが悪いかのようなメッセージ。ベッドは古いもしくは性能の悪いもので、快適ではなく更には体が痒くなりました。どうしても広めの部屋に泊まりたい方には良いかもしれませんが、広い以外の良さは何もない。興味本位で泊まってみたのが大失敗でした。ただ、こう言うボロいビジネスがあるんだなと勉強になりました。

1. 위치는 좋음. 역과 거리는 있음. 하지만 역주위에(하카타 말고!) 좋은 숙소가 많지않은것을 고려했을 때 훌륭함. 2. 따뜻한물 정말 잘나옴. 온돌은 없지만 온풍 및 냉풍은 잘나옴. 3. 어매니티 잘되어있고, 주방도 괜찮. 4. 근처에 이자카야 많아서 밤에 마시고 오면 딱임 ~

1. 오래된 건물이긴 함.. 노후가 되긴했음. 2. 가격이 좀 비쌈. 침실이 2개인곳이 거의 없어서(있더라도 분리 안됌) 여기 했는데 비싸긴 함. 거의 하야트랑 맞먹는 수준?

Bon marché. Confort correct. Aucune interaction avec le staff.

Hôtel bon marché, situé dans un quartier avec des bars. Chambre propre à part un vieux chewing gum collé dans la salle de bain sur le porte serviette.

Personne dans l'établissement. Twin beds un peu petit pour deux personnes. Canapé lit inutilisable (pas de drap, personne de disponible pour demander). L'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer.

It was only a dirty place to sleep.

Location is good. Fridge at room.

Remainds me of prison. Room was dirty. Beds were not soft at all. Out dated rooms. No luggage storage. Luggages should have to take subways lockers, but those were already full, so we had to spend our last day runing around with our big luggages and two children. Not good!

もっと安くして！！！

部屋はとても広くキッチンまでついていました。ロケーションも非常に便利で、天神や中州等の繁華街からも徒歩10分圏内です。特に、中州の屋台通りには凄く近いので、良かったです。

今回は5回目の利用ですが、これまでは格安の料金で利用してきましたが、今回はこれまでの7～8倍の料金となっていました。コロナ禍明けの三連休初日ということを考慮しても、ちょっと驚かされる料金でした。需要と供給の関係での料金設定ということは理解していますが、これまでの利用した4回の料金が非常に格安だったので、何とも納得がいかない感じです。それなら利用しなければ良いではないか、とのことは理解しつつ便利の良さと部屋の広さで今回も利用しました。
