下次再旅遊大阪會優先考慮，並推薦朋友

安全性佳，還有樓下超市折價券可以使用，早餐選擇不錯，還有一些大阪特色小吃👍，離地鐵站出口近，交通便利

枕頭的舒適度不符合個人體感，其餘都不錯！

地鐵站就在隔壁，有電梯的地鐵站也只需要過馬路就到了！離心齋橋真的不遠，旁邊的24小時超市每天晚上都有打折品超划算！飯店還可以領取95折券又變更便宜～買到免稅再打折讓我們扛了很多東西回去😆飯店就有提供睡衣真的不需要再帶睡衣佔行李箱空間！馬路對

Good Except the Cleanliness

Comfy bed and pillows. Reasonable size for two people. Close to Yotsubashi station. Aeon supermarket is located downstair and McD is next door. Buffet breakfast has a variety of food. Good view from the buffet dining area. Quiet and good soundproof for the room. There is an elevator near Exit 2 from the station so avoid carrying your heavy suitcase up the stairs. Once you come out from the elevator, cross the road to reach McD and the hotel. McD is a good pin to find the hotel if you're unsure of the location.

The room and bathtub were very dusty. Urine stain under the toilet bowl lid which was very disgusting. Some of the bath towels had brown stain. Far from Shinsaibashi station. Buffet breakfast has about 90% of same food across the week. The blanket was too warm to sleep with despite having air conditioning.

A good central location

Its a good location with a supermarket downstairs and only steps from the subway station. They also have coin washing machines/dryers in the communal area which were useful as we were travelling for an extended period of time.

The carpet in our room wasn't clean and had hairs on it from a previous guest.

大阪の定宿です

清潔！華美でなく上質シンプル、すべてが丁度心地よい。地下鉄Osaka Metro心斎橋四ツ橋２番出口からすぐ。提携駐車場あり。一階には24時間スーパーあり。裏通りには美味しそうでおしゃれなお店もたくさん。

外国からのお客様も増えた昨今、その方々の文化の違いかな。ホテルに落ち度なし。

1、樓下就有24小時大超市、麥當勞，附近還有地鐵站、便利商店，走路去心齋橋大概十分鐘非常方便。 2、環境乾淨，床很好睡！ 3、早餐選擇多樣好吃。 4、服務人員親切。

可再入住的酒店

鄰近地鐵站，方便出行。早餐食物美味及足夠，地方開揚。有舒適的床及枕頭。

洗手間放置衣物地方不足。浴缸內的去水隱藏位有污漬。

四ツ橋站上來.右轉就到了

離心齋橋鬧區只需一站地鐵如果體力可以.用走的散步大約15-20分鐘也可以到樓下24小時超市.對面有全家超商非常方便

浴室洗澡有點點悶.需要留意一下

地理位置很好，在四ツ橋站2號出口旁，如果拖行李的旅客可以在2號檢票口出來往左轉“駐車場“路標走，那有電梯上去1樓過馬路就到了。一樓行李寄放區有密碼鎖讓人安心。床好睡，但枕頭較硬一點，床邊也有充電口跟電燈開關，其中一個是可調式電燈，給需要一些小夜燈的人是很貼心的設計。3樓電梯旁有備品區及超市折扣卷，折扣卷日期3天內可重複使用。

空調蠻冷的，會比設定溫度低2~3度，有時會有潮濕的味道，搭配空氣清淨機後就有改善了。

Great location!! Next to Aeon and McDonald’s (both open 24h if I’m not mistaken), is great if you’re not paying for breakfast at the hotel & felt safe walking around even when you wanted to get late night snacks. Clean and comfortable bed, the size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. Great staff too! They tried their best to communicate with you (since there’s language barrier) and help you, really appreciate the effort! Overall, really recommended!! Small mishap: If you want to send your luggages to the airport for convenience, better to ask the receptionists in details and make sure they could do same day delivery if you’re thinking one.

Good location, convenient, close to Yotsubashi station, Aeon food store etc.

Staff response was bad : My room had a problem. The water drainage of the toilet wash basin had a problem. Water drained very slowly. It was bad that dirty water moved slowly. I reported it immediately to reception and was assured it be fixed same day. Unfortunately, I stayed in your hotel for 3 nights, and it was NOT fixed when I checked out. Your staff did not provide good service to customers. They should check the room before handing it to customers. They didn't fix it promptly even when customers complained.

spacious room new and very clean new design of facilities placement make it’s more convenient than other traditional business hotels which i like it so much, such as sockets, workable table, hangers, plenty of space to drop your stuffs comfortable pajamas lots of food choices in the area … hidden gems

some staff doesn’t understand English and communicate well enough quite a long walk from Shinsaibashi station but there’s an elevator in front of the hotel so, it’s fabulous options of train lines, but take a little walk

It was a business hotel and a lot of things were self-service like bringing up toiletries from the lobby but very complete though! We appreciated the extra touch of having fresh sets of pajamas every night. Super convenient location near the train station and with a 24 hour Aeon supermarket right downstairs. We walked both nights of our stay through Amerika-mura to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi for meals and for shopping.

This is also true about some of the other places we stayed at in Japan but we don't understand having check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am which really is quite early...

Comfortable stay

Walking distance from Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dotonbori. It was a bit smaller and more expensive than other Via Prime properties I've stayed but I think that's perhaps the premium of Osaka being a bigger city. It is clean, comfortable and fairly modern.

It is the only hotel chain I've ever stayed at for mine or my girlfriends birthday that has not acknowledged it in any way. Some hotels have provided a small gift, a free birthday cake or a complimentary upgrade in the past but there was nothing from this hotel. This is of course ok, since it should not be expected, but it is a lack of a personal touch that is commonplace elsewhere (including other cities in Japan).

Very good

We loved the location of the hotel right beside subway station, a grocery on the 1st floor and a McDonald's right beside it. Pajamas were provided on the daily so no need to bring any when you stay here. Room is bigger compared to some of the places we've stayed in Japan.

No foreign or English channels available on TV. You have to pay 1000 yen to watch other channels for 1 day.

Above the Yotsubashi Station and easy access to convenience store

The hotel is conveniently located at exit 2 of Yotsubashi Station. However, if you have luggage with you, it is recommended to use a different exit. There is an Aeon food hall downstairs, and both McDonald's and 7-11 are just around the corner. The hotel provides toiletries and coffee/tea in a designated corner of the lobby. Additionally, you can find amenities such as a washing machine, vending machine, microwave, and a smoking area in the lobby as well. Please note that the lift to the lobby and the lift to the rooms are separate

We booked a room with breakfast included, but we found that their breakfast options were very simple and tended to repeat every day. The breakfast consisted of a mix of Japanese and Western food. Since we were staying for three nights, on the third day, we decided to have breakfast at McDonald's instead.
