The cottage was cute and relaxing. Kitchen nook is super tiny, but it was all we needed. Location was really nice. Easy close walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants. Small grocery store on the same block! Host was very communicative and responsive. Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay on Tybee. The Cozy Cottage was just that. A relaxing place close to the beach and restaurants. Gus was a perfect host. Friendly with tips regarding Tybee. It's a place we hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

The house was very beautiful and clean and well equipped. The pictures just don’t do enough justice for how amazing it is there. Big beautiful windows with lots of sunlight coming in. Lots of privacy for how close it is to everything the beach the main strip and grocery store right around the corner.

Little getaway for my husband and me. Gus was the best host! Friendly and helpful. His two little cats are great junior hosts. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants. Grocery store less than a block away. We loved it and will return.

Gus’ property had everything we needed for our beach weekend. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Gus was easy to connect with and made himself available if we needed anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Relaxing, peaceful and a great host. Gus took the time to turn on the heat before our arrival. We had a few unusual chilly days. He was so easy to reach when we had questions. I can’t imagine someone not enjoying a stay at this cottage.

The Cole Cottage was absolutely perfect for two people and just and easy walk to the beach! We love Tybee and this 1946 house brought back many memories of our younger days! It meet all our needs and was comfortably and beautifully decorated! Gus was a awesome host and made sure he covered everything we needed to know about the cottage, gave us dining suggestions as well as answered our questions. We will be back!

My partner and I stayed for a week at Cole Cottage. Gus was very hospitable and gave us great recommendations. He provided a ton of things we would have not had access to at many other places such as extras for our beach days, access to a grill and outdoor shower, and our little companion for the week, Lemon. We are going to miss Lemon a lot, he was so sweet. The location was incredible as it is about a block from the beach. The island is so beautiful and there is a lot to check out. We look forward to going back next year!! I cannot recommend this property enough.

We had the entire downstairs suite was amazing we had everything we needed to make our vacation one we will aways remember. We were feet away from the beach and the restaurant's. This allowed us to have the peace of mind we needed. The owner was on site for anything we needed or questions about places in the area. We enjoyed our bedroom but would have liked a TV in the room to look at those late night movies other than that we couldn't have gotten a better place. A Big High 5 to Gus thank you for being caring and making our stay forever memorable.

Stayed in this adorable location on Tybee Island for a few nights and it was just what we were lookin for. Gus and Lemon (the outdoor guard kitty) were so welcoming and kind. Private entrance under the house, clean, bright, plenty of towels, coffee, and thoughtful amenities. Just a block from the beach and conveniently beside a small grocery store! A hidden gem.
