Beautiful 3 BR, 2.5 bath plus outdoor shower home on a private dead-end street in a quiet residential area, sleeps 11. Convenient to South Beach, downtown Edgartown, bike path, Morning Glory Farm & the Edgartown Great Pond. Full acre of property provides several areas to enjoy the outside in a private setting. Fully equipped kitchen includes SS appliances, enclosed 3 season porch overlooking a large backyard. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer/Dryer, WIFI, beach chairs, and bicycles provided. This quiet, serene setting and nearby attractions/activities are sure to offer you, your family & guests a great Vineyard experience! Enjoy a day at the beach, kayaking on the pond, taking in downtown or exploring the island & come home to play wiffle ball with the family or just relax & enjoy a glass of wine inside or out in one of several outdoor areas while the steaks are on the grill! Please note - Saturday-Saturday rentals only “in-season” - June-July-August. No Sunday turnovers anytime of the year. Towels and/or linens are not provided. There are several businesses to rent these items on-island.

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with my daughter and husband who live on island. The house was perfect set up for 6 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything needed - even to cook a Christmas Roast! The location seems like it is 15 mins from everything, boat, beach, shopping. Check in was easy, wifii and cable service were great, the host has thought of everything.

We have stayed at many different properties on MV over the course of 30 years. This property is our favorite. It is clean, well maintained, roomy and comfortable for our family. The outdoor area has 2 lovely patio seating areas, a large shaded backyard, and a large sunny front yard. It is quiet and private and we love that we’re able to bring our dogs who are loving members of the family. It’s location is central and easily accessible to many favorite island areas. We especially enjoy the island in September, since we can explore beautiful beaches that are restricted to residents only in the summer months & our dogs can join us !! The hosts are friendly, helpful & easy to communicate with. The caretaker Blake is as well. Thank you - We love your home

House was great and the location was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating as well when our travel plans were disrupted. Just know you need to bring your own linens etc!

Our family of four had a great time. The location of the home was convenient to so many things! Easy ride into Edgartown, the beach and anywhere on the island. The house is roomy and stocked with anything you might need. The location is a peaceful quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home and would rent here again.

The property is nice. The furniture, TVs and appliances are modern. The bikes in the shed were great to use on the many local bike paths. All the kitchen utensils anyone would need are there. Very nice living room and family room with lots of closet space in the bedrooms. The outdoor yards are nice and flat. Excellent for dogs and children to play in. The only problem is the two downstairs toilets need to be replaced. They do not flush well.

I hesitate to write an honest review for fear others will snipe my vacation opportunity! This house had everything! Great location near beach, town and our fave spot, Morning Glory. Clean and well-equipped with bikes, beach chairs, amazing kitchen, comfy beds. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being here and we will (hopefully) be returning soon! The owners even called and offered to mail an item we’d left behind! Top-notch!! Thank you!!!

As long-time Vineyard vacationers the house was great, the sunroom was a great bonus. The shed w bikes and toys was welcome. We enjoyed riding to the beach on bikes and cooking out in the big backyard.

The property was very nice but there were no amenities at all. No towels, sheets, soap, dish towels, paper goods, dish soap etc. we did not realize this until we received the contract and I read the fine print. The twin beds mattresses were very poor quality and all our family complained. We moved to another property nearby which we had booked for the following week and it was exactly opposite. Welcoming and friendly with every amenity. We were respected and treated like welcome renters instead of interlopers. The outdoor furniture was cheap worn plastic and broke in pieces when our daughter sat in it. We will not go back to this house.

Property was perfect location for wedding we were attending and for exploring the island. House was fully equipped from the kitchen (great beer glasses) to the outdoor chairs and umbrellas. Only suggestion would be new mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms to make the stay comfy 24/7.

I travel a lot to Martha's vineyards and this was one of the best places that I stayed was clean good sized . I don't know if it was the set up at the house. The only thing is you have to bring your own sheets, but kind of good too because you feel more comfortable.

This house was wonderful for our April school break getaway to Martha's Vineyard. It had a great layout and space for our entire extended family of 6 to relax and spend time together. A few highlights amongst many include: 3-season porch set up for family gatherings and R&R Great kitchen for family to cook and congregate Complimentary bikes to take advantage of 50mile+ bike trails Tasteful island-theme furniture and decorations to put you in the right vacation mood One word of advice - if possible, don't forget to bring all the necessities prior to coming to the island (laundry detergent, etc.) otherwise they could be very expensive to buy. I'd definitely recommend a visit to the Vineyard off-season. It was great to explore the island without the crowds, and this house was absolutely perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully stocked and very comfortable. It is located on a dead end, which was nice for our family (including two pups). Easy walk on the bike path to Morning Glory and a short ride to the beach. Owner is really responsive.
