Buen lugar para pasar la noche

La cercanía con el ingreso a la playa, farmacias,minimarket, pizzeria etc.. La cama cómoda y bastante amable el señor de la recepción..también cuenta con un dispensador de agua envasada para los huéspedes.. el sector es tranquilo. es de fácil acceso si llegas en transporte público. si quieres economizar este es un buen lugar.

La verdad es que es un lugar para pasar solo la noche, ya que claramente a la instalación le falta invertir en mantenimiento, pero esto tendría que ser continuo ya que se entiende que por estar en el sector costero nada tiene larga duración ... las paredes se engloban , los metales se sulfatan etc... pero el lugar estaba limpio a pesar de que el dormitorio olia a humedad, nada tan grave que no pudiese borrarse con un incienso jajaja el agua caliente cuesta que salga.. pero sale! el único problema y del sector en general es que el agua tanto de la ducha como el lavamanos es salada. Como sugerencia podrían implementar malla mosquitera en las ventanas para poder abrirlas con tranquilidad

No anúncio não ficou claro que a estadia tinha que ser paga no hotel em dinheiro e não pelo app. Cozinha não é muito equipada.

Do not stay here. Cockroaches, poor facilities (was locked in my room), shower leaking over toilet.

Receptionist was lovely. Good location.

Doorknob broke and I was locked in my room. Had to bang on the door until someone got the receptionist and unlocked the door. Cockroaches in the room. Bathroom ceiling leaked all over the toilet seat.

El hotel queda cerca de la playa y las instalaciones son bonitas. Cerca hay restaurantes y el costo de una comida o almuerzo oscila entre 20 y 30 dólares cada comida pagando la bebida por aparte. La atención del personal es de mucha amabilidad.

Si eres amante de ver programas de tv en su estadia o en las noches de descanso, pues no podrás, ya que las habitaciones no tienen televisión. En cuanto al internet es muy lento para navegar, así que lleva tu buen paquete de datos.

Great value for your money and super friendly staff.

The location is superb, close to restaurants, shops and the public access to the beach. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to us. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. They also provide a safe in the room. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The shower was a little awkward as it was a hand held shower head.

Well the bath was horrible the water is no good even to wash your mouth that is very bad the water is salty no good enough for take a shower I bought a water from the súper market to used for my shower only that I can say was very bad experience

If you want to rest and being comfortable, pay a little more and don’t stay here!

Location is good!

It was not clean, the walls were dirty and with humidity. The water is salty all the time, It is super noisy at night so it was no posible to sleep it is difficult to talk with the staff before the arrival.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel and it’s not worth it the price of it.

It had a 24 hour check in and that’s why I booked it

Couldn’t use the kitchen at 10 pm and the bathroom is in the same room with the bed. And there’s a restaurant down and the music is very loud, when I got there it was until 12 midnight, something like that

I liked location, few steps to the beach. Quite silent area, besides Friday and Saturday, there was loud music till midnight from restaurant. I did not have problem with mosquitos. Shared kitchen with drinking water.

Hotel is basic. Bathroom needs some renovation. Strange towels provided. No TV programs.

Don’t expect luxury

The location was everything. Lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. You will everything you need even supermarket and sim cards.

Needed a bed to sleep and that’s what i had. Nothing more nothing less. The pictures here did not look at all like the real place. The bathroom had no hot water.

Next to busy area - supermarket n restaurants.. Santo the reception guy was a funny n nice.

Pillows are too old and uncomfortable. lots of moskitoes in room. No screens on windows. TV did not work.. Just for show. only salt water from taps which looked like they had measles. There was a kitchen but I did not use it. No breakfast served.zero catering means one has to go out. No hot water kettle or water on sale at the location. Not even coffee or tea!! Never eat at the restaurant BOHIO downstairs. BEEF Plate was 595DR.($10US). MEAT was like rubber. They offered to change and then charged USD$40. No manager to complain to. Only got my margarita I ordered after I was leaving.. I was there for 1 hour!! That restaurant is a Trap!

Great family vibe hotel 3min away from Los Corales Beach

At first I booked a room just for one night but ended up staying 5 nights. The hotel has a great family vibe and it's just 3min away from the beach. Dominga and the rest of the staff were amazing. I liked the fact that guests have access to a kitchen where they can prepare a sandwich or even use the stove or the oven to cook. After you return from the beach or from dinner you can soak in the swimming pool for a little while before going to bed. Though I've only used it once due to stormy weather during my stay. TV with Netflix is a nice bonus. My favorite restaurant in Punta Cana is right downstairs, it's called Bohio. There is also a pizza place across the street and a supermarket which only accepts cash payments but there's is an ATM right outside.

Room cleaning could be done every day or every other day considering one comes from the beach with sand on his shoes. There is no hot water. Water pressure was somewhat low.

The property confirmed my booking. Because of my late arrival, I asked for a late check-in and they confirmed it. When I came to the hotel at night they told me that there is no free room. And I have to find another hotel.

the property was overbooked and only told me this upon arrival. They didn’t want to give me any compensation when I was trying to find another place to sleep that night. mind you that this was at night after a long day of travelling as a girl alone.

Brilliant hotel, great location

Fabulous hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment me and my sister arrived. The apartment was clean and had great air con. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view that was lovely to have breakfast on. The location of the hotel was perfect we were about a 3min walk to the beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as super markets and spas and massage. Brilliant hotel would highly recommend 👌
