We enjoyed our stay overall but of course there is always room for improvement.

The condo is clean and spacious. There were some issues with working appliances but they were addressed promptly enough.

This accomodation is advertised as scooter included but it really should be worded as "scooter upon request" as we did end up getting it a few days into our stay instead of right away.

Ok apartment with pool as highlight

The pool was great, the beds comfortable and the air-con worked well. Michaela was really helpful and shared lots of good recommendations and information with us. Scooter is really helpful to get to the beach (without it‘s a half an hour walk)

Overall, cleanliness could be improved a bit. The kitchen is really basically equipped (e.g. only 2 tea spoons, nothing to bake). Broken showerhead in one of the two bathrooms (repaired it ourselves). The motorcycle was only ready on day 2 and came with a flat tyre, which we filled up at the gas station - all no major issues, but missing a bit of love and care in the apartment. Location is in a residential area, so there aren‘t really any restaurants or other touristy things of interest in walking distance.

Perfect apartment in Punta Cana

We loved everything about this place! Would definitely return and hope to stay longer next time. Scander(one of the hosts) had arranged airport transportation for us, and from check in to check out everything went super smooth, thanks to him! He is so trustworthy, helpful, easy going, and great customer service. We were very pleased to have him as our host. The apartment is beautiful, well kept, and pretty big: it was all we needed! The complex is also very well kept, loved the pool that was right in front of our apartment, spent quite some time in it :) Location is great too, safe cute neighborhood! Walk to the beach is easy, and there is a little plaza close by and you can get food, drinks, atm/money exchange, pretty much all you need… and if anything is missing, the beach has the rest. We would return to this place in a heartbeat :) Thank you for your hospitality!

Exceptional

As a former travel agent, I can asses this as an excellent property, it was safe and clean, it is centrally located, walking distance to many markets and the beach, people and community very friendly. I will return in the fall.

I would go back to stay again. The host was reachable at all times. Apt is very clean.

The host was great and patient with me since It was the first time staying in a apartment on vacation, I always stay, resort or hotel. A lot I didn't know that I couldn't do. Apartment had everything you can need on vacation ex: beach towels , beach chairs, scooter. I felt safe, felt at home. Stores and Beach and Restaurant's, even the hospital are near by.

I liked everything, It was perfect. Thank you
