Nestled in Crested Butte, this attractive house for $920 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Business License #008172 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION One of the best things about this house is the location - located next to Rainbow Park, and only 1.5 blocks to the 4-Way stop shuttle to the ski lifts. The location is in-town with the added bonus of being on a quiet street without the late night noise from Elk Ave. In the summer you are a short distance from the recreation path and you can easily bike to Tony's Trail and hike or bike the lower loop. Situated on .25 acre lot makes it greater in size than most in town, which is why the house is also bigger than most at 3,365 sq ft. AWARD WINNING HOME DESIGN: Leading edge mountain modern design in the town of Crested Butte, this recent collaboration between award winning local Architect and Custom Homes oozes cool, luxe and convenience. The house is in a great spot, walkable to town and a short drive or bus ride to the mountain. Everything was comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the theater as a bonus. We will definitely consider this property when we stay in crested Butte again. Great experience!

We have been here multiple times and it is perfect, as always! Access to town and trails is easy. Home is clean and has everything you could possibly need for cooking and cleaning your clothes. Hot tub is amazing and the weather was gorgeous! Love sitting out back with morning coffee or with dinner at the patio table. We also met the property manager as he was there to make sure trash was set out for collection. He is super nice and friendly! Thank you Erin for another restful vacation in your wonderful home. We sincerely appreciate it.

Everything about this property was great. Many properties say “we’ll equipped kitchen” but are not at all, this one has everything to cook a great dinner. And so close you can walk to breakfast or dinner. The property manager was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't have found a better place to stay. Beautiful home with lots of gathering space for our family of 10. Great kitchen and dinning table. Close to town and slopes. Erin was great, responsive. Was a perfect stay!

Thank you for a beautiful and refreshing trip! We have been coming to Crested Butte for the last 10 years for Christmas and your home made us feel at home in a town we love! Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and be comfy after a long day on the slopes! The steam shower was AMAZING!
Love the location - right down the street from 4 Way Stop the kids were able to take the shuttle to and from the mountain!

We were four couples renting this gorgeous, centrally located home to attend a friend’s wedding. It was perfection on every level. Large kitchen, dining and living room areas to gather in. Super comfortable beds and our bathroom had a steam shower-felt like a spa! We loved how everything we needed was on site and there was a great binder that explains the house and nearby bites/attractions. Excellent all around. Highly recommend!

We rented this property for extended family. The property was incredible! The sound system and lighting were excellent, the the chefs kitchen had all of the amenities you would need to cook anything and had additional condiments and spices not found in other vrbos we have rented. The hot tub was an added plus. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Crested Butte is our happy place and we were so excited to stumble upon this house for a last minute getaway. The house was amazing, beautifully kept, in a great location across from Rainbow Park in town, and full of everything we needed! The owner was very easy to community with and the property manager was always available for anything we needed during our stay. It was so nice to have the yard, fire pit, and hot tub in the back. We’ve been coming to CB for 40 years and this was our favorite house by far! Thanks to Erin for allowing us to enjoy their home.

We loved this house! Great location next to the park and walking distance to town. The kitchen was so large and well equipped we ate in most nights with our large group of 10. After the first night we booked for summer 2023.

Perfect for trips with or without the kiddos
We had such an amazing time at this house - everything you need and more. The location was spot on - right next to the best park in town so the kiddos could run down there by themselves and the teens could easily bike into town or out onto one of the trails. The yard was just the best - beautiful fire pit and such a great place to sit outside and enjoy the cooler temps. The host was very responsive, although we never needed anything - we would 100% stay here again if we return to CB!!

Save your self the anxiety, and book this house ASAP! I'm so impressed by this home and its beautiful interior finishes. There were 9 of us (28 year olds) and we all had the best time! The boys loved the hot tub and movie room! The living room TV is massive and could fit us all on the couch and the kitchen is amazing! Truly made our CB experience that much better!

Cannot say enough about this home
We loved our stay at The Lazy H. We had two families (10 people total), and the house had more than enough space for all of us. The location is fantastic as it was a quick walk to restaurants and everything else in town. The bus to go up the mountain was also very close and we used it often. The home itself has so many little details that make it so wonderful. It's beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and so was the furniture for lounging, the hot tub and steam shower were fantastic after a day of skiing, and we so enjoyed the media room. I look forward to returning to Crested Butte and staying at The Lazy H again with our family!

Just Perfect
We stayed for a number of weeks. Beautiful house, comfy beds, clean hot tub, theater room with all the streaming services you could ask for. The kitchen was stocked with equipment to feed a large party and there were two dishwashers if you need to clean up in a hurry. My wife walked to downtown most mornings and it’s only 10 minutes up the base of the ski hill. We had a blast!

It's hard to overstate what a lovely stay we had. The home is beautifully designed and detailed, from the spacious layout down to each light fixture. The hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and home theater system were cozy and fun amenities for our group. Highly recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT
Wow, it's been a LONG time since we have gotten away and this was the perfect location to unplug and reset. The house is gorgeous inside and out. Location is excellent for either wandering downtown for dinner or hopping on the mountain bikes and heading out on the many trails. We enjoyed listening to the music outdoors while eating on the patio, chilling by the fire pit, or in the hot tub after a long bike ride. We cooked all of our meals at the house except two and we lacked for nothing. From pans, dishes, spices, etc it's all there fully stocked and ready for you to just enjoy the peaceful home. Thank you Erin for allowing us to use your home. It's beautiful! We joked that we needed that kitchen so that I quit fussing when someone else is in the kitchen with me. It's super spacious and I loved it!

We had incredible adventures whether walking into town or cramming into the truck for drives up to the mountains. Hike Scarp Ridge for sure... less than a 5 mille loop (ok, so it can be steep in spots) and you are surrounded by 14ers. Resting the calves the next day, take a scenic drive past Crested Butte and by Gothic Peak, up and across Paradise Divide.
Oh wait, this is supposed to be about the house - not the town. But the reality is they go hand in hand, Omelets in the morning lead to an outdoor adventure, which culminates in a hot tub back at home, a quick nap in some seriously comfy beds. Later a stroll to town for a dinner selection, and maybe some music with your aperitif, followed by a walk home to a dark night's sleep and "Get up - and do it again". Or maybe invite an old friend now a CB resident to join us for a bbq - and some reminiscing around the fire pit. It all works.
Erin was a gem throughout the whole administrative processs of learning, deciding and finalizing the deal. A 5 Star performance for sure, any way you turn it!
