The house was very nice and location was ideal. But if you want a quiet night, book the upstairs.
Location was great, for the most part everything was exceptional.
During our 3 night stay, I killed a total of 5 roaches. 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. If you are staying in the lower level, you can hear every foot step and voices from the rooms above. Makes it very hard to get any sleep.

Needs a couple upgrades to be a perfect stay!
The bedroom is a good size. The mattress was comfortable. TV in the bedroom has a loud volume which is good because I'm deaf in 1 ear. The kitchen, living room and dinette are a nice size.
This is in a gated community. The gate mixed up our stay dates so our gate pass wasn't granted for our full stay. Had to come back after the issue was cleared up and get another pass. The coffee table in the living room is pretty beat up. Looks like a Goodwill special or something that would be in a frat house. The pillows are way too thin in the bedroom. 2 pillows feels like 1. No padding what so ever. Bummed I didn't bring one from home. The shower is super small. No room to shave legs. And the toilet paper is cheap 1 ply. Again, I wish I brought some from home. A couple few upgrades and this would be a great rental. The hot tub water level was low and smelled really bad so we didn't go in. Also, the driveway is VERY steep. Sign at the top that states "Use at your own risk". There is an option to park at the top and walk down but again it's very steep.

Nice room and location!
Fireplace was nice, foil and plastic wrap was included for use in the kitchen. Hot tub was very relaxing. Thermostat kept temperature well and will also play streaming music from your phone. The TV's were nice but didn't use them much.
The description was weird with the "shared hot tub" and is very awkward when you have the main house above you rented out. You're renting the entire basement area, not the whole house. The light control for the patio is in the basement area and the noise from people walking upstairs is incredible. The drapes over over doors are super thin and anyone else using the hot tub will be able to see right in.. The driveway on the side is VERY steep and was difficult for me with a healing fractured foot to navigate. The driveway is also difficult to back into for a flatlander who isn't used to mountainous driving. Parking more than 3 cars there can be a challenge. I suggest renting the entire house to avoid these issues.
