Stunning Moden Beachie Accomodation it’s a hidden gem.

Beautiful setting with great Beach holiday vibes. Pool area wasn’t your typical setting and more like a Little Beach Oasis under palm trees.

Noice of gardener mowing and blower used. Traffic from outside was little annoying at times.

I loved everything, clean kitchen, everything was very new and well equipped, I loved the pool area, everything was very

. The room is very cozy, as is the shared area, very beautiful and clean. The pool area is lovely, is perfect and so peaceful

The wi-fi didn’t work well and I tried calling someone responsible for the hotel, using the two phone numbers that were in the email, but no one responded. They only returned after 1 hour, I believe that communication is important as it could be something urgent, luckily that was not the case..

There are better places to stay in Byron Bay but this place does the job!

Loved the common area, and spacious guesthouse facilities. The alfresco/pool area is stunning with a gorgeous balcony from our room surrounded by lush greenery. The interior is very clean, chic and modern, with other lovely guests staying onsite. It is a short drive into Byron Bay and minutes from Belongil Beach which is great. Only stay here if you have a car though, this isn’t a property that’s in the centre, but rather 5 minutes away from it. Great water pressure in the shower, and well designed spacious bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfy (I’ve had better) but you will have a decent sleep. Just don’t go to room 3, because although it’s beautiful with a great view, the air con stinks and needs cleaning. Hopefully the owners will listen to that important constructive feedback because it did make our stay uncomfortable because it was a really hot day. Being a self contained facility, the customer service is lacking so if you like to be taken care of, this accommodation isn’t for you. If however, you are easy going, and are using the place as a place to rest your head and nothing more, it is comfortable, clean, convenient and affordable. If you enjoy luxury however, I recommend going elsewhere.

Unfortunately our air conditioner in our room smelt like dirty socks (Room 3), so we didn’t run it and instead used the fan, which was not enough to keep us comfortable in the peak of an Australian summer. In addition, the room tv my as well could have been an iPad, it was so small and hard to watch from bed after a long day out exploring! Netflix was also playing up, and it would exit from our show and back to the homepage every 3.5 minutes. In addition, the customer service was terrible, the owner did not respond to our request to move rooms and did nothing to make up for the inconvenience from the air conditioning needing a deep clean and us being unable to use it. We suspect a mould or mildew build up in there. The loungeroom air conditioning was great though (the common area). In addition, we were unable to watch Netflix in the main room though as the tv was not connected to the internet and despite asking for help via text message, the owner responded once and couldn’t care less that we couldn’t get it to work. Customer service is important to me, and Sunrise Guesthouse failed on that note, unfortunately. Lastly, I expected different choices of milk to accompany their coffee facilities, they only had full cream and given Byron is renowned for dairy free alternatives, I was disappointed not to see soy, oat or almond milk in the fridge. Overall, however, if they fix the air con and are more responsive to things that need addressing, this accommodation would be a great place to stay.

Très bon séjour à Byron Bay. Endroit fantastique !

Chambre très agréable,décorée avec goût. Belle salle de bain. Beau salon ( que nous n’avons pas utilisé), mais très sympa. Cuisine collective très bien équipée, café /thé à la disposition dew clients, tout était parfait .

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’accueil personnel, tout est envoyé par mail ou texto.

Fantastic, I would definitely stay there again.

It was fantastic, so clean and open. Pool area was lovely. Beautiful quality fixtures, linen, furniture. Kitchen was very well equipped with a great coffee machine.

The only draw Back for me was the distance out of town as I didn’t have a car.

10/10 stay. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Luxurious, comfortable, tranquil and quiet.

The decor was so chic. Everything from the bed to the towels were so comfortable. The room was massive and it felt like an apartment. So tranquil and homey yet luxurious. Felt really private.

The fridge was really loud at night

Relaxing and peaceful

The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the pool from the deck. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living areas were large and comfortable.

The house itself was absolutely lovely! Beds were comfy and was clean, tidy and spacious

When we arrived, other guests were in our room and had been through it which was unsettling. The door also wouldn’t lock properly so other guests could unlock our door from the outside - realistically the door codes aren’t hard to figure out. We tried ringing and messaging the owners on all numbers provided for help and had no response at all. Very disappointing really as didn’t feel safe with other guests having access to our room.

Great building, beautiful, clean decor. The setting was fantastic and if you enjoy walking only 20mins from the town centre. I would definitely love to return

Slightly expensive but then again that’s not unusual for this part of the country. It is otherwise fantastic place to stay and worth it if you can afford to spoil yourself.

A stunning property

This stunning property had a lovely airy feel. Gorgeous shared spaces. Lovely garden view from the room. Super clean and v comfortable beds. Great location, just $10 Uber to town centre.
