La croisière, les activités, la chambre superbe, la vue depuis celle ci, la petite taille du bateau puisque il n'y a qu'une dizaine de cabines et la cuisine du chef variée et hyper copieuse. Et les meilleures Margarita du Vietnam 😁.

Le fait que ce soit un petit bateau, a permis de rencontrer et échanger avec les personnes présentes. Ça a aussi rendu l’expérience plus authentique.

This is NOT a Ha Long Bay Cruise - this cruise starts in Cat Ba, which is expensive to get to. This is NOT made obvious on booking.com.
We found the guide incredibly rude, he did not manage people well. He took the group kayaking, lost two people, and then left the rest of us on an island and told us not to go anywhere waiting for 30+ minutes so he could find the others. We never received an apology for this. He also spoke to guests in a rude and condescending way often. He didn’t provide much information about where we were and our surroundings. When we asked what time sunset and sunrise was his response was “I don’t know”. We couldn’t find out either because the cruise does not provide WiFi.
The food was incredibly disappointing. Bland, cold and wasn’t very Vietnamese. We noticed many guests felt the same way.
Activities were advertised but not included - sunset party, taichi on the sun deck, fruit and local wine party.
Our bathroom was dirty, with old makeup wipes still there and a broken toilet seat. We had ants in our room and a cockroach on the dining table whilst we were eating breakfast.
In our opinion this cruise is a complete rip off given what was offered as activities and the quality of the food.
Online it says checkout is between 10:30am - 11:30am but we were told we need to leave our rooms at 10am.
Despite our negative experience that was made apparent to them after they requested feedback, we were told by a staff member that the company wanted to make it up to us and would offer some kind of financial compensation. This however was far from the truth as we were told shortly after that nothing would be provided by way of any compensation. We were contacted by the company after the tour and when we expressed our concerns we were ignored after many follow up messages.
Overall very negative experience. We couldn’t even relax or enjoy our surroundings. For the high price we definitely didn’t get value from it.

The room was big and the view from the windows was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kayaking experience was the best.
For the price we paid we thought the food was quite average. The AC in the room was not working, and there was no fan, so we woke up in the night sweating. The hot water in the shower doesn't work for more than 10 mins. Went on a cycling trip the 2nd day to a beautiful village but was very rushed and not enough time to take in the views along the ride

It was cruise in Lan Ha bay and I am glad about that. Not so overcrowded as Ha Long Bay cruises.
The ship is small (10 rooms), it is clean, staff is very helpful and friendly.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel attent. Klaar voor alle vragen. Tour guide was enthousiast, klaar voor vragen, kon goed Engels, gaf veel uitleg en was extreem behulpzaam. Uitgebreide maaltijden, Vietnamese stijl.
Wij hadden een ruime kamer met airco en een zachte matras.
Toilet spoelde niet goed door, meteen opgelost na het te melden.
Lanha bay was zo rustig, tijdens de kayak tocht waren er geen andere mensen in de buurt. Prachtige uitzichten zonder andere toeristen, aanrader!! Lanha bay heeft dezelfde prachtige rotsen als halong bay, is gewoon (voorlopig) nog minder bekend.

La habitación es fantastica tiene unas vistas de ensueño como en las fotos, la cama comodisima, el personal encantador, la comida buena y abundante. Las actividades bien también. Muy grata experiencia.
Las zonas comunes en las fotos parecian distintas y al llegar sorprende, pero estan muy bien también. El ultimo dia ponen el lunch muy pronto (11:30 am). Cobran las bebidas, incluida el agua, pero dan algunas botellas de cortesia. Da penita tanta basura en el mar, pero no es culpa de ellos!

La croisière était fantastique. La baie de Lan Ha est beaucoup plus calme qu’Ha Long mais tout aussi magnifique. Pendant les 2h de kayaks nous nous sommes baignés sur des plages où nous étions seuls, nous nous en souviendrons toute notre vie. La vue du bateau est à couper le souffle. Le chambre était confortable et notre guide Thanh était très accueillant, drôle et parlait parfaitement anglais. Nous avions longtemps hésité à faire une croisière à la journée ou sur 2 jours, nous ne regrettons pas du tout !
La nourriture était bonne mais servie en beaucoup trop grosse quantité, il y a donc beaucoup de gaspillage.

Our bathroom had a really bad smell that we couldn’t locate or get rid of. We booked 2 rooms for our family and the other room did not have the smell.

Just as what we expected as tasty local food, spacious cabin with big ocean view, very nice activities to local village.
The staff were attentive and willing to help 24/7 (Even when I needed some hot water for coffee in the early morning).
Thanks Jan for his help with an extra excursion to Hoa Lu Tam Coc and Dancing Cave, which we had a great number of photos, the view from top of Dragon mountain was exceptional. Strongly recommend this cruise and travel company!

We enjoyed a lot (Food, activities, room are all perfect). Thanks Jan for arranging the trip to hoa lu tam coc (halong bay on land), we had a lot of beautiful photos in the Dancing cave. Definitely come back!

The tour was very nice and we can really recommend this trip. I heard from friends that the Halong bay is very crowded. However, on this tour we were almost alone and had shared a small remote bay with only 2 others ships that were a few hundred meters away.
Unfortunately it was quite hard to understand the guides english as it wasn’t the best.

They also went above and beyond to help us arrange some tours to Hoa Lu Tam Coc at a very reasonable price. The tour was informative and enjoyable, and we felt like we got great value for our money.
No wifi but no problem, we had Viettel 4G.

The cruise tour was well organized and perfect. We enjoyed it a lot. Food was tasty, room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our wonderful time in Lan Ha bay. We also reserved for Hanoi Street Food Tour, which was also very super nice. We Enjoyed Hanoi Street food and learned a lot about Hanoi, Vietnam and local culture from our tour guide. Really recommend you to try this.

Ha Long Bay is stunning, and Venezia were a lovely company to travel with - our guide Min was so accommodating, friendly and caring. The staff generally were helpful and sweet, and the food delicious! As a vegetarian, I had been concerned but I had plenty to eat. We did the two-night stay, and on the second day a man made us lunch on his boat, which turned out to be a feast. We were amazed.
The activities (all optional) were great, from the kayaking and swimming to the gorgeous bicycle ride to the village.
I still get nervous having to communicate and send things like passport info to a company via DMs, but Venezia were organised and my concerns eased.
I think we were definitely supposed to do more on our second day, as we got back to the boat early from our excursions and we missed seeing some hidden coves that were on the itinerary. I also wish I'd known that we'd visit a fish farm. It was quite upsetting to see the fish like that.
In general, the boat could use some TLC. There were signs of wear all around. However, that didn't spoil our trip.
What IS a shame is how much litter is in Ha Long Bay. That's not Venezia Cruises' fault, of course, but perhaps the boat companies can exert some pressure / take responsibility to clean it up? Such a beautiful landscape should be kept better.

We had a great 2 day trip on the Venezia Cruise. The program consisted of kayaking, swimming, a cooking class, squid fishing and a trip to a Vietnamese fishing village. In between, there was plenty of time to take in the scenery or relax with a cocktail on a lounge chair.
The rooms were all equipped with air conditioning.
The great thing about Venezia Cruises is that the tour leads into a neighboring bay of Halong Bay and thus few other ships are to be seen. You can enjoy the tranquility and scenery there, which is in no way inferior to Halong Bay.
We would book the tour again and recommend it to everyone.

The crew was really courteous and the food was amazing. Our guide Trung taught us a lot about Vietnam and was really enthusiastic! The activities were planned well and the boat was well equipped.

This was an amazing trip. Very good value compared to several others. The trip was round Lan Ha Bay which is quieter with fewer boats than Halong Bay so it was peaceful and beautiful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The view was of course fabulous! Staff were friendly and helpful. Trung our guide was very informative and great. We kayaked and explored an island and swam from the beach. We also cycled to a village on far side of Cat Ba on the second day which was fun and different. Food was great and catered to my dietary requirements.
Some of the outside looked a little tired but didn't impact anything. Very busy with lots of activities for 1 night and 2 days so not much chance to relax! However glad we did it all!
