Bien si on avait pas eu ce problème

Connaissons bien sommes clients depuis des années.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre désirée ds la tour pour aller déjeuner et au sauna directement. Sans compensation Pas correct pour des clients fidèles

Tolles Strandhotel in top Lage

Frisch saniertes Hotel direkt am schönsten Strand in Dubai. Sehr großzügige Pool/Gartenanlage mit 3 Pools. Sehr bequeme Liegen mit sehr fürsorglichem Personal, kalte Tücher und Eis werden gereicht. Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl und qualitativ gut. Service sehr zuvorkommend. Lage optimal, da nur wenigen Minuten vom the Walk oder Dubai Marina entfernt. Wir waren vor 14 Jahren schon mal dort und würden wieder kommen

Der Empfang war etwas schlecht, wir sind um 12.00 Uhr angekommen und man wollte und unser Zimmer bis 14.00 Uhr fertig machen. Um 15.00 Uhr war es dann immer noch nicht fertig, was für uns sehr stressig wurde, wir konnten nicht in die Lounge in Badesachen und wollten nicht ohne Klamotten zu unserem gebuchten Ausflug um 15.30. mit hetzten haben wir dann alles noch hinbekommen

Dubai ist überlaufen, der Verkehr enorm.

Heerlijk ik kom zeker terug en ga het iedereen aanbevelen!

De locatie is fantastisch aan het gezellige JBR strand en ook de boulevard met restaurants en winkeltjes. Er is van alles te beleven mooie spa, gezellige beach bar heerlijk indiaans restaurant. Het is ontzettend groen en de sfeer is fijn. Voor mensen die niet van buffet ontbijt houden zoals ik is er een Le café waar je lekker relax kan ontbijten.

Meer styling gericht maar ik vond de ruimte voor de lift rommelig ogen. Kan stijlvoller.

Absolutes TOP 5* Hotel (nicht nur auf dem Papier)mit TOP Lage und Karibikstrand (einzigartig im JBR)

Das Hotel: Obwohl es von Aussen etwas "älter" aussieht, das Hotel ist top modern eingerichtet hat die perfekte Infrastruktur (Fitness, Wellness, Geschäft, mehrere Restaurants & Bars, riesige Gartenanlage mit Pfauen!!!, riesigen Privatstrand mit weissem Sand und meeeeega viele Liegen überall; jeder hat Platz und liegt bequem; 3 Pools!) Das Hotel hat die BESTE LAGE am Rande des JBR, 5 min zu Fuss vom Trubel und Dubai Marina entfernt! An allen anderen Hotels ist der Strand eine Zumutung (umgegraben, überfüllt, eng, Liege an Liege), also dieses Hotel ist ein echtes 5* Hotel mit allem drum und dran!!! Das Zimmer: modern, Balkon, sehr gross (wir hatten die einfachste Kategorie), sehr sauber, Turndown Abendservice, Kosmetikprodukte; alles perfekt; genug Kleiderbügel, Minibar, viel kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Zimmer JEDEN TAG (das Wasser aus dem Bad ist KEIN TRINKWASSER) Das Restaurant: wir hatten HP, absolut empfehlenswert! man kann in den anderen Restaurants im Komplex auch reservieren und gegen einen kleinen fixen Aufpreis ein köstliches Essen geniessen falls man eine Abwechslung braucht. Allgemein: auch wenn es kein Adults Only ist, stören da keine kreischende Kinder; die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, die Menschen verteilen sich und es hat Platz für Alle und Alles

Das Badezimmer hatte eine Glaswand, so wurde in der Nacht der Zimmergenosse durch das Licht gestört / geweckt und es war auch bisschen "Geräusche-durchlässig"; leider war keine richtige Lüftung im Bad. Anstatt Dusche gab es eine Badewanne mit Duschwand, so gab es leider beim Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung. Ewiges Problem in vielen Hotels: fehlende Haken / Aufhängemöglichkeit im Bad resp. im Gang Anstatt eines Wasserkochers (mit Nescafee- und Teebeutelchen) würde ich eine Nespressomaschine hinstellen. So wäre das Zimmer PERFEKT. Sonst hat NICHTS gefehlt!

Mukava ensikäynti Dubaissa hienossa ympäristössä

Aamiainen Priority-Lounge tilassa oli pieni pettymys -valikoima muuten riittävä, mutta tuoreita hedelmiä ei tarjolla juuri lainkaan vaan pääasiassa purkkihedelmiä. Suurin pettymys matkassa oli uintimahdollisuudet - tai sen rajoittaminen. Valitsimme hotellin sen suuren piha-alueen ja uima-altaiden vuoksi, ja olimme todella yllättyneitä kun kumpaankaan suureen uima-altaaseen ei saanut mennä uimaan ennenkuin klo 8 aamulla - siis aivan liian myöhään aamu-uimarille. Aina hengenpelastajat eivät olleet paikalla edes vielä kahdeksalta

Wunderschönes, schickes Hotel in bester Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Wunderschönes, modernes, freundliches, lichtdurchflutetes Hotel an einem sauberen, weißen Strand. Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal und Service hervorragend ! Die Klima Anlage lässt sich sehr genau regulieren und läuft sehr leise. Himmlische Betten; es sind mit Abstand die besten Hotelbetten, die ich bisher kennengelernt habe. Ein großer gepflegter Garten mit Schattenbereichen und die große Poolanlage laden zum Entspannen ein. Beste Lage in der Nähe der Marina und des "Walks" mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen. Gut gefiel mir als Touristin auch die lockere aber schicke Atmosphäre.

Excellent hotel, with great facilities and fantastic staff.

Sea view room, as described on the website. Private beach was excellent , multiple swimming pools. The hotel is well staffed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent offering numerous choices. Free regular shuttle bus to Mall of the Emirates was great,

Atmosphere and location

Drinking water should be available at the pool free of charge especially for residents of the hotel , plus there should be more choices on the menu around the pool especially “mocktails” . But all in all the location ambiance and the staff couldnt of been more helpful .

Overfed, relaxed and wish we were still there

The service was amazing, they ensured our stay was desirable. The facilities are incredible. Photos don’t do it justice.. highly recommend buffet brekkie at a minimum. Property made sure we were hydrated and cool in the august dry heat.
