Good amenities and nice beach. Walls way too thin.

Nice amenities and the beach is nicer than in Cape May.

Very thin walls. Our last night, my entire family was awoken by drunk neighbors getting back at 2:30 in the morning. They were yelling and even vomiting loudly, and my children were afraid. The hotel has received information about this and said they would call us, but they never bothered calling.

I think the hotel was very clean. Outside as you came in everything was clean and well maintained.

Parking. I always found a spot but when on the street where the Grille is there is no easy way to the hotel entrance

We loved the flow and set up of the resort. Very easy to access and navigate.

The stairwells had a weird smell.

I loved staying there! I hope I can do it again soon.

Check in was easy. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of great pillows. Bathroom was large and luxurious. Plenty of great towels. Nice balcony with view of the ocean.

Location of my room could have been better. View of rooftops w air conditioners.

Room was average.

Check- in process was unbelievably poor. Charged me twice and could not resolve it until 10:30 in the evening during a one night stay.

Wonderful experience very clean and relaxing. Will definitely be back.

The location is amazing! So close to the beach and beautiful pool

Needs a better breakfast that’s included had to go to brew pub. Can hear everything if people are in the halls

Icona Avalon was such a pleasure to stay at.

it was beautiful and clean. I was a part of a wedding party who had a rehearsal dinner and brunch there all the meals were delicious and the staff was so gracious.

We loved our little getaway to clear our minds of social media bombardment.

We especially appreciated the good beds & comfortable pillows. The Icona was clean, fresh and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved walking out and onto the beach for a walk. Appreciated cold water flavored with oranges, limes & lemons always on hand.

We stayed 2 nights with family from NJ and Vermont. My NJ family have enjoyed the hotel in the past

The hotel was very quiet, the environment great

The only comment is that the pool is small for the size of the hotel

great other then not having room for grand kids in room as described to me on booking

All restaurants bars etc great!

my reservation for Four rooms advised me that Queen suite would sleep 4-6 My grandson had no where to sleep (3Kids -2Adults) Asked for cot was told not available?????? He stayed at friends home in area. Teen girls in other Queen sleep needed to sleep together (2 adults and 2teens) When I asked at desk told me they were unaware of reservation since it was made online. I had tried to go directly thru hotel in February no answer.

Enthusiastic and professional staff staff from coming to going

Excellent location; convenient beachfront w/hot tub/pool and dining. Staff were enthusiastic from hotel to restaurant servers. Liked the sounds of entertainment on property but my family does not drink so we did not partake.

Noticed minor details w our room regarding carpet needed a deep clean. Spoke w management and issue was resolved immediately. Property could use minor overhaul regarding cleaning; may be due to shortage of staff and/or pandemic but sofa beds/sofas in the lobby look a bit worn. Overall had a nice stay.

Right on the beach. Very nice pool and outdoor areas with cabanas and fire pits. Nice on-site pub/restaurant. Friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms. Limited ocean view from our room’s small balcony. Very quiet.
