Schönes Familienhotel

Zimmer sind sehr groß, schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für Familien ein Paradies.

Im Resort sind überwiegend Familien mit kleinen Kindern, für Ruhesuchende ist es eher nichts. Der gebuchte „Pool-View“ war eher ein Blick auf Dächer und Bäume, einige Stufen sind zu erklimmen. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt.

petit dejeuner très bien, restaurant avec bonne cuisine, personnel au top, prêt à vous rendre service pour tout.bungalows en bois mais confortables, bonne clim avec belle terrasse: hamacs.la piscine est ouverte tard, et ideale au milieu d'un jardin tropical.la plage est à - de 100m

beaucoup de familles nombreuses qui viennent avec les enfants, cela peut troubler votre tranquilité mais le staff de l'hotel peut vous proposer une solution adaptée!

A very hospitable place to relax with great staff and beach nearby

The cabin house was very comfortable and clean with air conditioning, fridge and hammock on the balcony. It’s a quiet area, great for relaxation. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive. Breakfast was tasty, with options to choose from, and there’s a nice beach nearby. I had an accident on a scooter and the hotel service helped a lot with everything I needed. I’m very grateful for that 🙏

wir kommen wieder <3

wir haben 4 nächte in der unterkunft verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben… der aufenthalt war großartig!! es gab außerordentlich gutes essen und frühstück, einen super pool, richtig gute smoothies und einen wunderschönen strand nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Was den Aufenthalt jedoch unvergesslich gemacht hat war auf jeden fall das personal… uns wurde jeder wunsch von den augen abgelesen, wir wurden bei der tagesplanung unterstützt und wir bekamen viele tipps!! Alle waren super zuvorkommend und bemüht! ein besonderes danke an Min und Tom!!! ihr seid super <3

Magnifique semaine

L’hôtel, le staff! Cette équipe est juste incroyable! Des amours avec les enfants, tout le temps le sourire! Ils sont là pour rendre votre séjour incroyable! La proximité de la plage.

Les prix sont trop élevés par rapport à l’offre même si nous nous sommes régalés c’est trop cher pour ce que c’est! Et le patron de cet hôtel nous a mis mal à l’aise avec un comportement particulier et notamment à reprendre ses employés devant les clients, absolument inacceptable!

Bestens für Familien mit Kindern

Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und der sehr gute Service des Parsonals. Von unserem Bungalow B5 hatten wir einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Bungalows sind komfortabel und wohnlich eingerichtet mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten im Bungalow und auch außen auf der Terrasse. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und leise, alternativ Moskitonetz übwr dem Bett bei geöffneten Fenstrrn. Es gibt einen schönen Poolbereich mit einem sauberen Pool, auch zum Schwimmen, wenn er nicht von den Kindern genutzt wird. Der kurze Weg zum herrlichen Sand-Strand ist ideal.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super netter Empfang, Personal stets freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und bei jeder Frage/Angelegenheit wird einem direkt geholfen! Das Zimmer stellt genügend Platz zur Verfügung, man hat seinen eigenen abgetrennten Balkon mit kleiner Küche und das Bett ist auch super bequem! Roomservice wird jeden Tag angeboten und man bekommt jedes mal Wasser, Toilettenpapier und Duschgel etc. Der Pool ist ideal zum Schwimmen und insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sehr kinderfreundlich! Shuttleservice und Rollerverleih werden auch direkt in der Unterkunft angeboten, Roller sind in Top Zustand! Strand ist auch in 2 min. zu Fuß erreichbar!

Прекрасный персонал, который всегда готов один общается с гостями. У нас были проблемы с кондиционером и холодильником и нам все отремонтировали очень быстро. Мы даже не ожидали. Пляж рядом с отелем один из лучших на острове. Каждую среду на пляже вечеринка и базар с украшениями. Мы купили еще 7 ночей и остались здесь.

Слышимость в номерах - это единственное

A haven of rest and peace amid the bustle of Kho-Phangan!

The kind staff, the well furnished rooms, the great atmosphere, the clean pool, the great kitchen staff with terrific breakfast and other meals, overall: a sincere pleasure to have chosen Baan Kiao!

An idea for the future: tidy up underneath all the cottages and make the walking paths to the upper cottages a little less rustic.

Wonderful vacation spot

Amazing attentive and helpful staff, clean rooms, huge shower, excellent food at the restaurant.we stayed with kids for a week and it was awesome. Convenient location from the beach and general attractions on the island.

Family friendly resort

Pool side family size bungalows were great and hard to find in other parts of Thailand. Staff are very attentive and good fun to engage; especially Tom who gave us plenty of background information on Thai life. Short walk to the beach with many drinking and eating options. Beach in the perfect direction to watch the sunset with a Chang beer or cocktail while the kids play on the swings. We liked the breakfast format, which was different to other hotels. The laundry service was good value.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good with babies and children, very much involve themselves to help out. Lovely rooms and great pool with chilled area and cheap bar. Very close to beach where there are affordable restaurants and bars to enjoy

Beautiful space with a kind, helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of

The staff was incredibly warm, kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way to accommodate us with early arrival and late check out. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is refreshing and the food was outstanding. They had helpful recommendations as well. We absolutely loved our stay at Baan Kiao!

I loved the pool and the breakfast. it feels like you’re in the jungle with the little bungalows. it’s clean and staff was super friendly and helpful!

the bungalows are a bit dark, but the views are beautiful! if you don’t like jungle noises and hearing all kinds of animals during the night you won’t enjoy it.

A very relaxing 9 days, with loads of great places to eat around here - our favourites are Ying, Sun Moon and Star, and

Everything! The location is great - 1 minute from the beach but set back and surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies. The ‘hut’ is a generous size, very comfortable and big bed, large veranda with hammock. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Food is great, especially the mango with sticky rice :p The pool is great too. Quiet at night. We loved our stay and this is our favourite out of all the Koh Phangan places we’ve stayed at. We’ll be back!

Womderful hotel with lovely breakfasts, great facilities and friendly staff.

Great views of the surrounding trees and beaches.

The shower unit in one with the toilet isn’t that functional as the floor all round gets wet.
