Wonderful experience and great staff. The club concierge was attentive and helpful.

The club level rooms (suites) have access to the club lounge and concierge. The club has an incredible breakfast buffet, and a few other meals and buffets throughout the day. The food was excellent and well worth it.

Luxury accommodation in a perfect wintry setting.

Great location in Blackcomb Village, beautifully decorated for the holidays- it felt like a winter wonderland! The staff couldn’t have been better, esp the sweet girl doing the bar service at the pool all by herself on Thursday night. The Gold Lounge was lovely.

My one and only complaint is about the car service and how the process is organized. Upon checkout, we asked about getting a ride to the coach pickup/ drop off area, which was a short drive or walk, but there was quite a bit of snow on the ground and we had large bags. We were told it was first-come, first-served, and to come back in ten min. Ten min later I returned and there was a different person at the valet desk who told us there were no cars available and we would be better off getting the shuttle, since we had a bus to catch. We hopped on the shuttle, and when we got to the first stop we were told we should get off there and walk the rest of the way, or we might not make our bus back to the city. So we did, and ended up dragging our bags up and down some stairs. In the end we made the bus, but it was an annoying and stressful end to a great stay, and a better system for the cars might be worth considering.

Great place to stay, hot tub/sauna was a plus, would stay again.

The receptionist Lian managed to check us in really early which made our day more relaxing.

Our lunch at the Mallard lounge was ok, the beef was cooked medium so a bit tough to eat.

Exceptional!

Pool and Hot Tub, Sauna facilities excellent. Vita Spa experience was super. Room facilities were exceptional. Breakfast at Wildflower was amazing.

The equipment is old, the room is too dark, and there are no lights for reading. Even room service can't be provided。When I checked in, the mini bar was short of two spaces. I told the front desk that I couldn’t be charged because I didn’t use any drinks from the mini bar. When I received the bill, I was charged more than $40 for the mini bar.

Fantastic and very special stay thanks to the staff at Fairmont.

The property is extremely well located and has impressive decor and facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and made our engagement all the more special, including a card under the door from those at the front desk (including Isabella who checked us in and was super lovely!) and a complimentary room upgrade.

Go for the service—stay for the people!

I was upgraded to Gold on the 8th floor. Amazing—especially for breakfast! It was right there down the hall.

Poor service in the larger restaurant—but excellent service in Wildflower! I had some poor interactions with a few people at the pool (pool hogging, over controlling) I did tell staff:)

Hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. It was a birthday trip for me and they even sent up the most delicious piece of chocolate birthday cake to my room. The pool was warm and fabulous.

Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Easy check-in experience. Great pool. Great restaurant (had the breakfast buffet). Complimentary shuttle service to main drop-offs running every 5 minutes, or by phoning and requesting . excellent customer service when reported an issue to the property manager after we checked out.

parking was expensive at $39 plus tax per night. We had an issue on our second day which was promptly remedied by the manager after we checked out.

Staff were great overall with only a couple glitches.

I didn't like the concierge desk shutting off their phones in the afternoon. I liked even less being told by the front desk, in effect, that's too bad, they do that periodically, so it's up to you to traipse down from the 9th floor to talk to them in person. I immediately asked for the manager. At $2k a night, that was absolutely outrageous. I didn't like that a staff member whose English skills were marginal at best was put in the phones for room service at 11pm. The manager was aware of this, as he called up after I placed my order to confirm it - and I discovered just as he was leaving that it was STILL wrong. Returned afterwards with an amended bill and had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip (service is already included), because I had originally given him a few dollars originally, before I realized how badly they screwed up my order.
