Excellent, better than expected.Thank you everyone

Perfect location, beautiful garden,well maintained environment, delicious food,nice friendly staff and personal, safe (great security check), clean sandy beach with piers,where you can enjoy viewing some coral and sea life, lifeguard available. Entertainers were lovely too, massage and other spa available at little extra cost if needed. Cosy beach with many sun loungers and umbrellas available. Clean sea and beautiful atmosphere everywhere.

Finom kaják, nagy választék. A szálloda tele volt, az emeleti étkezőt felújítják és mégis volt elég hely, szinte mindehol terítettek ahol kértük. Januárban kezdék a térkő cserét most kész volt és nagyon szép lett.

находится в самом центре прогулочной улицы как мне показалось, выходишь и сразу рынок, кафешки. территория отеля большая. Есть несколько горок для детей и даже я скатилась)) Персонал понимающий и адекватный. Объяснила свою ситуацию, в которой была виновата сама, пошли на встречу. Приятно. Шведский стол, выбор большой. в номере есть чайник, чай, вроде приносили фрукты в качестве комплимента

номер старый, ванна как в советских хрущовках. ремонт как будто в прошлом веке сделан. мало света, не очень уютно. Вай фай работает только на ресепшен и еле еле можно отправить сообщения. для минимальных действий конечно хватит, но это прям разочарование. Еда на шведском столе не очень вкусная, резиновая выпечка, окрашенный юппи и растворимый кофе просто ужас. Пляж маленький, не очень красиво и всё какое-то старое, затхлое

I would not choose again

Only Location.

Staff is not kind.they a not solution oriented.we could not enter the sea 6 pm. I have been to Egypt more than 10 times.This hotel will definitely not be my next choice.

Value for the money. Staff is their best feature

We would recommend! Value for the money. The staff is their best feature, then the rest of the factors. We stayed with our twin girl for 15 nights / all inclusive package. Hotel is with the entrance at the main road but positioned to accommodate all the families needs and to secure privacy. Security protocols are on the level you feel no worries. All the amenities are sufficient for the stay, the hotel and the area is cleaned non stop, with the most welcoming staff we encountered in many years of travel privately or professionally. It is not high class but is an absolute value for the money. Everyone can find something to eat in the restaurant offer. The beach is on the smaller side but is suffice.

in all inclusive offer ice cream is available only for the short period of time (13 - 15 hrs) when most children are taking their afternoon rest

Only the porters (bellmen) were helpful.

Quality of the room - economy room should be avoidable at any cost! Quality of the food - breakfast was ok, many options. Lunch not so good, some fish were cold and it seems some food was not fresh. Quality of the service - even with all inclusive model, they serve you beer in a paper cup for coffee. Always, you don't know if the drink is fresh or not. Asked for a refund, which I didn't get full yet even Booking confirming that it was going to be free of charge. During the moment I was at the reception complaining about my refund, I saw only people coming and complaining about something, mainly about the rooms. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Close to the first pool, after you leave the hall, it was smelling so bad, don't know how someone could swim there smelling it. Like sewerage!

Nice affordable place. It has everything that we were looking for. Big rooms with sea view, very good food, kids aqua , sand beach and nice shows. The staff are very helpful especially the reception staff Carlous. Rose and Moushera also the life guards especially Mohammed.

Limited numbers of chaise lounges to sit that are taken so early.

Perfect week

Everything was perfect. The staff was very caring and professional, they really took care of us and our requests and needs. The animation team was also perfect, the hotel is well animated. I will come back very soon.

I have stayed in this hotel many many times. I'm familiar with all of the staff & management .I was greeted with a good welcome. All facilities & location are very satisfactory to me .

behavior with Egyptian not good but if you foreigners they will smile to you I informed them ihave special occasion my wedding anniversary. but they didn't care . so small room with small beds with old furniture

Good for the money

Animators were very good: friendly, energetic and positive. Food was good enough. The personnel overall was doing their job very properly - cleaning, cooking, management - seemed to do their best. Problems were solved fast and without much fuss - thanks for that!

People that are selling stuff like massages, spa treatments, tattoos and so one - could have less aggressive marketing strategies, felt a little pushed.

Relaxing and good vacation.

We really liked the taste of food but it could use some more variety. We liked the staff and especially entertainment team they have good activities and shows. Also the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel it’s very good in the main round of Hurghada city can go out and see local life. Near they have some very nice cafes as well and few fixed prices supermarkets just by walking distance.

The taste of coffee need a lot of improvement in all Maschines.

Heerlijk!

Minamarrk is located in the middle of the city, but also on the beautiful Red Sea. The staff is fantastic especially Mister Mohammed from reception and mr Nagy. If you have a problem, it will be solved to your satisfaction in no time. Also mr Najib Amhali (nick name) and the staf at the bar. And ofcours Peter and the manager and the rest of the staff from the restaurant are greet. Miss them all! They make you feel at home!

No nice beach music. Only some times from the animation team.
