The view and breakfast.

The hotel is more or less ok, clean, spacious, though needs investmens. BUT be aware that any movement from the establishment shall cost you min 5 eur One way, as it is hardly possible to reach even the beach, not to mention restaurants, shopping or entertainment.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Schöne Aussicht. Nette Leute.

Die Gasgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Gutes Restaurant. sehr schöne Aussicht. Preisleistung ist aus meiner sicht sehr gut.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem Hügel. Man muss sehr gute Kondition haben und die Treppen zu steigen.

Beautiful view and room but everything else could have been improved

The room itself was very nice and the view was phenomenal.

The whole establishment lacked little things to improve the stay. The room was lovely but a slight Ant problem in the bathroom and behind the bed was very dusty. View of the location was great but was a 200 Baht to get to Karon Beach. Other hotels had people flagging down Tuk Tuk’s, this was not the case here. Only help we got was in the evening from the security guard who actually stopped us getting in 2 immediately available Tuk Tuk’s to get in his friends instead which we waiting 15 minutes for and tried to charge us 300 Baht. Had a restraint on site but drinks and food was very expensive compared to elsewhere considering the location being away from shops. There was also a pool bar and one at the bottom of the hill but neither were staffed at any point during our stay which felt like a massive waste.

Дружелюбный персонал. Роскошная территория отеля. Уединенность в номерах, что сильно выше дороги.

Отличный вид - правда нужно брать номер правильной категории. Дерево в отделке стен - его примета. Либо номера до дороги - там должно быть тоже роскошно.

Great stay, should have stayed for longer.

Amazing view. Staff very so helpful and went out of their way for us. The restaurant was really delicious.

All the things are nice and the staff are helpful. I stayed there for 3 days and it was a shame I didn't go to the pool, it's a nice view there though. I was happy there!

Short but sweet ❤️

Its close to patong and karon.

That there was a renovation being done next to the pool. So all dust and sands goes in the pool due to the wind blowing towards it.

Amazing view from balcony. Very good restaurant. Nice and helpfull staff. Wonderful massage with ocean view.

Not enough lights. Pool is small not like pictures. Constraction in other rooms.

The pool, the view, the breakfast/dinner area. Superb

Getting Picky now. I am 6foot tall, the shower was at 5foot. Needed another holder higher up as to not duck down for a shower. The aircon flaps I had to jam a toilet role in to stop the aircon blowing directly onto the bed.

But I did not like the room according to the prices, they should understand for what purpose the client is coming for and should allocate room according to that. Also I would have like room in there main hotel side but they provided us room on the other side of hotel which was also not better

Staff didn't help at all, example tv didn't work they said will fix but per 2 weeks they didn't fix it. Thats how works the staff.

Avoid using this hotel.

The balcony with ocean view. The breakfast was good.

The reception was absolutely useless, very limited English. Our room phone didn’t work. The toilet blocked. Lack of phone made us to go to the reception in the middle of the night to complain about the noise in the bathroom, the receptionist was rude, sent us away and promised to come and check. We waited till 3.30 am, no one came. The room was cleaned after we asked to clean. The service in the restaurant was absolutely awful. Over rated hotel.

Regret for staying there

The location is good if you don’t wanna hear street noise.

I really regret for staying there. :( All photos photoshopped. Villa (rooms) located on the hill, which is located on the other side of the road from reception. Moreover, the hotel is quite old and not making any effort to cover that. Towels, sheets awfully yellow. No simple necessary items in the bath and room. Shampoo is too liquid, maybe water had been added. Poor breakfast.

don’t recommend

the room was not clean, bed sheets had stains as well the bathroom and walls. In top of all that someone probably stuff stole from our room while we were at breakfast. we left the waller inside the bag and when we came back we noticed that money was missing. we went to the reception to complain about it but of course the security cameras were not working and they did nothing! this is unacceptable! another thing don’t plan to go for breakfast around 09:30-10:00 because you will not find food nor clean plates or cups! very very disappointing.

Awesome resort. Best ever I had experienced. Great Location. Sea is right next to your balcony.

I was charged twice. The staff charged me the whole sum amount even after prepaid booking with Booking.com. Upon raising the concern with resort staff, they took 2 days to confirm double payment and even after that they say payment wil revert back in 1 month. Very bad experience. Secondly, the resort does not provide more than 2 water bottles of 500ml per day. They do not provide more even upon extra payment 👎🏻 No Handwash. Horrible experience with room service. You leave with your room locked and come back to see bedsheets in correct place. They'd open your room from outside even when the door's locked from inside. No privacy 👎🏻
