Each floor boasts its own spacious balcony providing front-row head-on views of the beach, the water, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs on either balcony or rest in a rocking chair while scanning the water for dolphins frolicking in the early morning waves. In the late afternoon, relax while watching the sun sink into the water and look for the "green flash." Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore. Conveniently located, this private home is just 10 minutes from downtown Clearwater, but when you're at this private beach, it feels like you are thousands of miles away from civilization. No crowds, no motor sports - just peace and quiet. The “Blue House” has central cooling/heating and modern overhead fans provide constant airflow. Each bedroom and the living room has its own "smart" TV and unlimited 5G internet access is provided at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE: NO pets, NO smoking, NO parties allowed. First Floor: This level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. The first level also houses a large kitchen with a full-size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cook-ware, bake-ware, dishes, glasses, bar-ware, cutlery and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. We supply diswashing pods and other cleaning products to help make clean up a breeze. The tucked away Queen size bedroom with its own full bathroom is also located on this level across the hall. Second Floor: The Twin bedroom and Master bedroom are on this level. The Twin bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and its own bathroom with tub and shower across the hall. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a seating area perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. You’ll find a soaking tub, a separate, glass enclosed shower and double vanity in the en-suite bathroom. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The energy efficient washer/dryer is on this story as well (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided). PLEASE NOTE: Your cleaning fee DOES NOT not include laundry service. Shaded Deck: The private, shaded deck below the house is footsteps away from the sand and water. It is an ideal place to play board games, have dinner, or just take a nap. There are chaise lounge chairs and two picnic tables so you can eat outside as well as storage bins containing some beach supplies and toys.
