Perfect, private and persona.

Our stay was really special, it was so lovely to relax around the pool and have breakfast outside. It was so private! The facilities were exceptional and the staff couldn’t do more, so kind, helpful and accommodating. Also close to main port/bars etc. Lovely to wander/cycle in. We didn’t want to leave.

Stunning place! Extremely well designed rooms and pool areas. Most beautiful hotel we‘ve ever been!

Exceptionally tasty breakfast. Great variety of options. Vegetarian and even gluten-free options available. They served gluten-free rice pancakes which were very good! Really nice staff. Between 4 and 6 pm we could have a free coffee or tea which was super tasty.

A luxury private amazing experience!

Wow, this property is an absolute gem! my sister and I each had a beautiful room with a private pool and jet spa. the facilities are gorgeous, with amazing food selection for breakfast. The best was the kind and friendly staff who helped us with directions, rented scooters for us and provided everything our hearts desires. This property is located about 15 minutes from the beach, highly recommended for privacy. We loved it!

Would definitely recommend! Loved our stay at White Key

Beautiful property, everything was sparkling clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff so helpful and friendly, helped with everything we needed, gave us afternoon tea and made towel animals for our baby. Bicycles and Snorkelling gear was very convenient. Location was perfect for us, slightly north of hustle and bustle however right next to turtle beach and gym. Laundry next door. 5 minute ride to restaurants.

Was slightly more expensive than our other properties but worth every penny. One bathroom toilet flush wasn’t the best

Perfect place to stay 🌟

Wow, what an incredible villa! We stayed here with our two young children (aged 2 and 6) and were thoroughly looked after for the duration of our stay. The staff were exceptional and helped us with booking our arrival boat tickets to Gili T and departure transfer to Lombok; assisted with tours and babysitting services; organised our laundry dry cleaning; provided us with free bikes, including a baby seat and a small bike for our eldest daughter; and were available to answer any questions at all times. The villa itself is stunning (better than the photos) - it's beautiful and huge with brilliant air conditioning and cleaned daily. It's well located close to the beach but set far enough back so you don't hear the music or parties at night. There is a large choice of delicious breakfasts which are delivered to your villa's outdoor living area. Our whole stay was just perfect and we would recommend this accommodation to everyone and always stay here if returning to the island.

The TV was not working but the staff are trying to get it fixed.

What makes Key white Villas so great is the team there, they went above and beyond for me and my friend, organising boat transfers, escorting us to the harbour, laughing and joking with us. Very special team there! From Lucy and Eleni.

We kept getting lost so maybe a few more signs up would be helpful

Nice place!

The staff was AMAZING!!!! And they had free bikes! And a welcome drink and fruit plate. The pool was fab! And the bathroom! Just wow!!!

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

Everything was perfect, we went for our honeymoon and the staff had decorated the room for us, the staff were so attentive and wanting to make sure we had the best trip! It's a stunning property, very private and the outdoor space was just gorgeous!!

Perfect in every way!

The whole villa was absolutely beautiful, we could not fault it. The villa staff were all incredible, they were so kind, friendly and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious every morning! Only a 5minute walk from the main street but perfectly positioned it was so quiet and peaceful.

The servıce and hospıtalıty and bıg smıles where always there, ıt was always nıce to talk to the staff. It was very relaxıng to get back from the dıves and just hang out ın the vılla. The staff also helped us wıth laudry and order dınner to the vılla. The bıkes to lend ıs also an extra plus. The nearest beach ıs fabulous, look out for the turtles and pretty fısh.

We thought that the hotel would be sıtuated just outsıde where all shops and restaurants are, but you are about to walk 5-10 mın on dırt roads. Thıs ıs both a plus and a mınus as you get calm surrondıngs (no bars wıth musıc), but you can forget nıce whıte shoes... better to take the bıkes. Better also to be prepared for the mınarets callıng, ıt ıs placed nearby.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA RUN BY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

Visited White Keys for my honeymoon. The services provided by Inflata started before I flew out. She contacted me to understand the nature of my visit and helped book my transfer onto the island from Lombok airport. The service did not stop there. We were greeted by Hardy at the port and his smile did not fade throughout the duration of the stay. The rest of the team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you to Inflata and the team! Now onto the Villa itself. The photos do not do justice to the villa. It is a beautiful space, very clean and well taken care of with AC in all relaxing spots. Mosquito and bug sprays in every room. Breakfast was amazing and The villa also had free bikes to be able to get around the island. We visited four different locations during our honeymoon and we both share the view that Gili Islands stole our heart! This has a lot to do with the experience at White Keys. The locals on the Island are so freindly and they genuinely looked happy to see tourists coming back. Thankyou White Keys & Gili T. We will definately be back one day and cant wait to see you all again.

Very good

The hosts were very good. Our villa was very nice with private pool and hot tub. Spacious room. The Breakfast served in our balcony near the pool and was very delicious.

Everything was wonderful except the cleanliness! Τhe room was not very clean and we found a dead cockroach that had not gathered. Also during our stay we killed 2 cockroaches and again only the one that appeared in the bottom of the room gathered. Other hotels we stayed in Indonesia had disinfected and the rooms didn't have as many insects, obviously it hadn't happened here.
