This doesn’t happen often, but EVEN BETTER than the listing pictures suggest. Fantastic property with no detail missed. The hosts were very communicative and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even provided some additional welcome amenities; over the top generous! Great location - not to be missed if the plan is to stay in the area. Would return FOR SURE. Thank you!!

The view when you walk in is incredible, and you instantly know you picked the right place to stay! So many great spaces outside to enjoy the view and walking distance to the Broadmoor. So clean and the owners are so inviting and great communicators! There were fresh brownies, wine and treats to help us kick off our visit. One of the most 'ready to stay' places we've been.

The home is exactly as described plus more!! Our hostess communicated even when we weren’t asking her stuff. She had water bottles by our beds, wine, cheese, breakfast items. Home Made brownies!!! The views were gorgeous! There were so many amenities, unfortunately we didn’t even get to use most because we were busy enjoying local spots and a family wedding!

The hosts were outstanding at this beautiful property! Our family of eight enjoyed the amazing home looking into the Broadmoor golf course with a view of the resort. The added amenities make this a special place to stay. We would highly recommend this location.

The house was better than advertised. Everything was perfect with lots of small nuggets we didn’t expect. Wine, cheese, all the spices and condiments and so much more. Even a homemade book of things to see and do in the area. Ben and Connie communicated early and answered all our questions promptly. Would 100% stay here again

I never leave reviews on anything but this house deserves it. Friendly and attentive hosts and just an amazing property. We were even lucky enough to see 3 bears walking outside the back yard. You won’t be disappointed booking this house.

We stayed at this property with dear friends when we attended my husband’s 50th class reunion from the AF Academy. We are both mature couples who have traveled a lot, and we agreed that the home was a great find. Beautiful, comfortable, and sparkling clean, the house sits next to the golf course with a view that glitters at night with the CS lights turn on. Every room of the house has access to an outdoor paiot

The house is more beautiful than the pics show. Everything was clean and ready for us. The house is close to a lot of fun things like Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Broadmoor Hotel. The owners left us a welcome basket and made sure we felt at home. We hope to visit again.

Just returned from our vacation. First VRBO rental to date and a truly exceptional property, premiere host and location. House was impeccably staffed with all the essentials for a successful vacation. Host and hostess truly made my family and I feel welcome. Gardens were exceptional with an amazing view of the Broadmoor Golf Course allowing for a peaceful start to the day. Evenings were ended with Smores by the firepit. Property is centrally located to major tourist attractions. A truly memorable experience. Thank you to our host and hostess.

The hosts thought of everything. We arrived to fresh baked brownies, breakfast items in the refrigerator, wine and cheese and a bottle of water next to each bed. The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The pantry is extremely well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. There was a large assortment of games for kids and adults. The multiple decks were great to relax on. The landscaping is beautiful. I loved sitting outside each morning and listening to the birds. Very peaceful. The location of the house is great. The hosts were very quick to respond when I had a question. My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this house.

We were coming to the Broadmoor for a conference and had enough people that it made sense for us just to rent a nice house on the golf course versus going into the hotel. Our hosts were very gracious and left us some brownies and wine and food. The house has a beautiful view. It was a great experience.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. The house is lovely, beautifully equipped, convenient and our hosts were fantastically helpful and kind. Our friends who stayed at the Broadmoor wished they could have stayed with us! Everything from baby beds and linens to serve ware for parties was provided and wonderfully handy. We felt totally at home and relaxed.

Great owners, location and house!

Our family got together for a reunion. We selected this house because it was walking distance to The Broadmoor where some of our group stayed and it accommodated a group our size. The house and location did not disappoint! The great outdoor deck and patio overlooks the golf course. We hung out there a lot enjoying the beautiful view. The house had everything you could need. The owners went over the top with communication, suggestions and welcoming touches. Thank you Connie and Ben!

We had a great stay, the house is wonderful and the owner could not have been more accommodating and thoughtful. House is very well stocked with food/toiletries/games and so on. They have gone overboard to make sure you have everything you need.

The house was beautifully decorated and well-stocked along with plenty of gorgeous outdoor space to spend time with friends and family. Our son and his friends from USAFA loved hanging out in the comfortable family room and lower level complete with food and outdoor games. Fire pit and s’mores a big hit. We had a gorgeous view of sunrise over the Broadmoor golf course and enjoyed being a short walk from both the Broadmoor resort and the hiking trails at North Cheyenne Cañon. Great space for indoor/outdoor cooking and eating; exceptionally well stocked kitchen and pantry. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house was thoughtfully equipped and perfectly located for our three generation family. The hosts were terrific with many special touches like brownies, wine and cheese, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor spaces were many and wonderful with a large and beautifully landscaped yard. The views from the house were spectacular, and the house itself was spotless. We plan to return often.

Beautiful and immaculately clean home, an outstanding location that is easy walking distance to the Broadmoor and hiking trails, and fabulous hosts that go above and beyond (yes, like others have said, we too arrived to fresh-baked brownies, breakfast items for our first morning and other treats and libations!) Honestly, I don't know what else I can add to the amazing reviews that already exist - they say it all!
