Nestled in Colorado Springs, this charming house for $1,033 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This Broadmoor Home is located 1 mile from the luxurious, World Renowned Broadmoor Resort. STR-1573 Our home has a large, heated, in-ground Lap Pool (20x40) 3 ft to 4 ft., and is adjacent to a patio which spans the length of the house. We do NOT have a hot tub. Pool is open during Summer Season. May- Mother’s Day through September 15 It also has a theater room. Great for relaxing after a day of touring. This location is unique in that the front of the property has a mountain view, while the back yard backs to a prairie that is covered in native Colorado trees. You'll wake up to the sound of birds singing, and at times, a hooting owl will make itself heard. On occasion, It's also possible to get a glimpse of a black bear. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, so morning yoga on the patio, and evening dinners in the screen house make this property the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our home is perfect for a small family. It is located in an established quiet neighborhood. Therefore, no parties or events of any kind are allowed. And, Only registered guests are allowed on property. This home boasts an open floor plan with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and everything you need in your home away from home. Main level is approximately 2000 sq. ft. consisting of: *Living/Dining Room Combo, *Kitchen with sitting room, *Piano room, *Master Bedroom which adjoins it’s own sitting room with television as well as an en-suite Bath with large shower and soaking tub. *Futon/Sofa in Master opens for extra sleep needs of small children. *Bedroom 2 adjoins a 2nd full bath with tub/shower combo. *Lower level is approx. 900 sq. ft. and features : *Theatre room *2 bedrooms, (1 queen and 2 twin) *Bath with shower *Laundry Room We are committed to provide our guests with the best 5 Star experience. We like to meet our guests, when possible, and take time to explain the use of theatre room and pool, and to answer any questions about the property or the beautiful Broadmoor area. Our property is monitored by Ring. Doorbell and cameras monitor all entrances, pool house, and garage.

We had a great time . The kitchen was exceptional. The house was private yet close enough to go out if you wanted to enjoy some time out . My adult children loved the hot tub . Overall it was relaxing and everyone enjoyed their time there.

We enjoyed the pool, the piano, and lots of room for our family of six. It is just a short drive to many choices of restaurants, grocery stores and close to many attractions ! We very much enjoyed the home which is furnished with everything you might need. The owner replied very quickly to any questions. We would come again !

Beautiful property, nice quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, but still close to town. Owner was flexible with our check in/check out times which helped too. High recommended!

We do an annual girls trip and decided to go to Colorado Springs this year. We found this property and loved it. The pool was great and refreshing after our hikes. The house was spacious and very comfortable! Stacie was very quick to respond to me and any questions I had before check in. We would absolutely rent again!

Everything from sheets to towels to shampoo and appliances were top notch, the kitchen is so well stocked it made preparing meals so easy, the pool area was beautiful. The house is clean and well maintained

This is a great home with ideal location. We had 6 people and two were kids (12 and 8). Never felt like we were crowded. The kitchen was very nice and put to good use while we were there. Thanks also to the home owner, Stacie, who was very helpful suggesting things of interest to keep the kids engaged.

We stayed at this property as we were in town for a symposium at the Broadmoor. Fantastic home and location. Quick to the airport, downtown, and Broadmoor. Very spacious, clean and the amenities that our hosts provided were terrific. A big thanks to Stacie for all the coordination and help to get us settled as well as checked-out. What a gorgeous property. Very spacious indoors and out. The pool is gorgeously kept. The beds and pillows are literally the best I’ve experienced. The master suite is basically your own hotel room inside a Vrbo. I will stay here again the next time we are in Colorado Springs (if it’s available).

This home was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and theater room were perfect to cool off after sightseeing and then chill in the evening. The location is great for so many sightseeing adventures. My daughter especially enjoyed the piano and played for hours everyday. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend staying here. We have 3 kids (12-13) and grandparents who traveled with us too. It was the perfect spot to stay. Thank you!

This was a very beautiful and comfortable home. We had plenty of room to spread out! It was great to come back to this home after a day of sightseeing and relax. The pool is a great added bonus. It is close to so many things, we could go one place in the morning, come back and relax and then go out again. Stella was always available to answer questions and was so welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!!

This home truly surpassed our expectations. It was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed to feel completely at home during our stay. It’s in a great location that’s just a short drive to all of the tourist spots like Pike’s peak, Garden of the Gods, the caves, the zoo, the Broadmoore, etc. Our group included my husband and I, our two young boys, and my parents. There was enough room for us to all spread out. The pool and theater room were perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed in this lovely home for graduation week at the Air Force Academy. I have traveled all over the world, and this home was immaculate and extremely comfortable in an upscale suburban neighborhood with lots of space, an in-home theater, and a beautiful swimming pool. The owners were lovely and assisted us at every step. We would strongly recommend staying at this property if comfort and lots of space are your priorities. Top notch.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival to review some of the house specifics. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots, pans, plates, etc. The pool was very nice but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate during our stay. A positive experience and nice trip to the Colorado Springs area!

We rented this home for my son’s graduation weekend. Everything including the booking, all communication with the owners, the home and it’s amenities, couldn’t have been better! Clean, well appointed, and in a great location! We felt very welcome and comfortable. The pool was fabulous, and we spent most of the weekend on the back patio enjoying the sunshine. The landscaping is beautiful and the large backyard felt very private. Highly recommend this home!!!

Great Location! Updated property in a private, quiet neighborhood with great access to the Broadmoor. Close to grocery store and other basic shopping. Host has a nicely equipped kitchen and was kind enough to leave some basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, foil, oil which was much appreciated and saved money from buying when so little is needed!
