Overpriced and under delivered

When I called they answered right away and were nice

Une très bonne adresse pour passer une nuit avant ou après son voyage aérien ! Je recommande !

Accueil très chaleureux ! Très belle chambre , lits très confortable. A 10 min de l’aéroport !

Le bain à remous ne marchait pas Un peu bruyant à cause des avions qui passe au-dessus, même en pleine nuit!

I would definitely stay here again

The neighborhood felt so safe and the staff were so friendly and very nice.

The bathtub in my room was broken which was disappointing after a long day of walking around the city

Total Dissatisfaction.

Nothing. Bed was rock hard, neither of us had a good sleep after our flight from the UK. Bed and Breakfast is it’s marketing. We went down at 8.30am for breakfast to be told no breakfast available since covid. This is a total con! We should be given our money back. A total disaster for us. We booked this in good faith due to its comments on Booking.com We have used Booking.com all over the world this was a disgrace, Booking.com is also being conned. NJ

Nothing. There is no facility for breakfast anywhere. A total con. For the owners to call Vancouver Bed and Breakfast it’s a total lie!

Nice room with a nice host.

There was no breakfast. It probably shouldn't be called a "Bed and Breakfast".

Spa bath was not working and that was a main factor for me booking the room.

Quiet suburb but a long walk to the Train

I don't think there was breakfast, We were not given any information on that and I had the impression we had to pay for breakfast. There may have however been some language difficulties.

No Tea bags or milk supplied . No information on breakfast. The house was in a suburb so took a while to get to the train.

Disappointing

Location was good from the airport.

No air conditioning. Beds were very very hard, kettle in room but nothing else. Had to Leave to get coffee. No black out curtain and broken blinds so let in all the light in the morning. Defiantly not worth the money paid.

Change the name to Vancouver Bed only

Bed and linens were good

Unfriendly staff. Cold temp with no controls Asked about breakfast. Was told they no longer serve breakfast here. Upon leaving was asked if I was checking out and I said I was waiting for my cab. Oh, I have to check room because as a single 60ish quiet woman.an I might have trashed it. Could have asked how my stay was instead.. Left with sour taste in my mouth.

It was a scam. and booking.com was involved.

Liked nothing.

I was disappointed to know that the property is listed as a hotel by Chinese owners, and the charge money equivalent to A 4 star hotel et it is airbnb shred accommodation. The ask you if you need a ride and pretend that they have a shuttle, which is a lie. I did not know booking.com can do such thing.

Good

It was clean and well prepared. We also could use Wi-Fi and watch Netflix on TV.

It was sad we couldn't use a bathtub. And it was so cold in the room.

Great bnb in Richmond. Staff are kind and helpful. Safe and clean space to relax after your trip.

It was very clean and the man who checked me in was very kind. It felt very safe and the room was spacious with its own bathroom. It was very perfect for what I needed that night. I had been travelling all day and just needed a place I could relax before continuing the rest of my journey.

The spa tub was out of service unfortunately. There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. Maybe it was outside somewhere but it would have been nice if there was some in the room.

This is a bedroom is someone’s house

We booked it day off so for the price it was great! That bathroom is really big!

If you have OCD DONT The bath tub had a hair and although it wasn’t in service the jets were discoloured and they looked a bit brown, the room smelt like someone had slept in it with out an open window (muggy), the bed also smelt like that, I read and saw nothing about it being a house in a neighbourhood. Their neighbour also asked us to move our car because he said “people who actually live here have to park here” I think adding a photo of the front of the house would be helpful. I think the owners live in the house aswell, the house caretaker was staying in one of the “rental” rooms across from us, it felt a bit uncomfortable coming home late(1am) as you came through the front door someone would come out of their room to great you every time, it felt like we didn’t have privacy during our stay. They ask you to take your shoes off and use their sandal which arnt guaranteed to be clean(kinda gross to use someone you don’t knows sandals) There was a pile of shoes at the entrance and it just doesn’t give “vacay vibes” The living room has blankets on window so you can’t see into it and I think if you’re going to Vancouver for a romantic get away there will be NOTHING romantic in this house. If you need a place to stay last minute this is an option….. I don’t think they meet many hotel standards besides “this is a room” also one of the rooms is a shared bathroom for the same price as the one with its own bathroom.

Good option if needing somewhere close to the airport.

Excellent location easy to get to via public transport. Easy commute to the airport in the morning. Large comfortable bed, storage for clothes/ belongings.

On a flight path so planes can be noisy during the day (but stop at night).

Bed was really uncomfortable, and the place was really noisy. I got woken up really really early in the morning then several times after that.

very quiet and everything we needed for an overnight.

staircase was long and steep. the property manager carried my cousin’s bags upstairs for her (not expected) but, very much appreciated. thank you.

it was not a “hotel”. it is kind of Airbnb. this accommodation says “we are offering bed and breakfast”, but cheapest plan doesn’t have breakfast.

Even though the name said “bed and breakfast,” There was no breakfast! No top sheets on the bed, just a comforter. Bed was a rock. Spider webs were in the bathroom, and the tub was out of order. Used toothbrush in the bathroom drawer. House was in an obvious residential neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Right under the landing path for the airport - the house shook every 4 minutes all night!

It is a peaceful resting place for a tired traveller.

It was a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. As my stay was for peace and quiet, this was a great place.

For my purpose, the place was pleasant and good value. It felt, however, the place was a little tired and needed a good thorough makeover.
