Our home is centrally located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Anaheim, this custom built home has been remodeled and redesigned with vacation travelers in mind. We are licensed with the City of Anaheim permit# REG2015-00131. "3 Consecutive Night Minimum", contact me with any questions. Maximum occupancy 10 per city guidelines. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all new furniture, decor, and furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with new appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your own use, along with a beautiful large family table. The backyard offers a remodeled pool with kid safe gate (heater available for fee) , BBQ, and patio furniture. We are conveniently located about 2 miles from the Disneyland Resort (less than a 5 min drive), California Beaches less than 20 min away, and Downtown LA 45 min away. This home allows you and your family to enjoy the exciting adventures during the day and escape to a comfortable home at night. Anaheim Plaza, which features shopping and dining is within walking distance (2 blocks), making it very convenient for you to pick up anything you need during your vacation. The Anaheim Packing House, a unique, and first of it's kind. It's an OC community gathering location featuring more than 20 small restaurants, with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. The locations features a Crepe Shop, fish grill, grilled cheese bar, full cocktail bar, Indian Food, Pizzeria, Comfort Food, Juice Bar, Baker, Chocolatier, Sandwich Shop, Coffee Shop, Mexican Food, Ice Cream, and much more. All of which serve in a communal dining hall that spills to outside covered porches on rail cars located less than 5 min away from our home. Other amenities include but are not limited to: 3 flat screens with Direct TV, Free WiFi, board games, fooseball. Bedroom #1- Queen Bed, Desk, full private bathroom Bedroom #2- Bunk Bed (full bottom, twin at top), and an additional twin bed, connects to full bathroom Bedroom #3- Queen Bed, with view of the pool Bedroom #4 with King Bed, sitting area with queen sofa bed , TV, full private bathroom with large Jacuzzi. All 4 bedrooms have spacious walk in closets for your comfort. All bathrooms are beautifully enhanced with natural stone throughout, making your vacation more memorable. We enjoyed our stay here overall. The house is very large, had plenty of space and was overall fairly easy to wrangle a toddler in which was nice. A few important points which I think would really allow this property to shine a little more would be complimentary things like coffee pods or even basic things like paper towels. But overall it was exactly as advertised and was a great stay for a family trip to Disneyland.

The home was perfect for our family of 8. Miguel was very responsive. We did have to contact him each time we wanted to use the spa.
I would also recommend they at least provide paper towels. There are absolutely no amenities provided. It was a good thing Walmart was so close. Easy access to Disneyland.

We came to California to take the grandkids to Disneyland for the first time and this was a perfect place to stay. The pool was perfect for the down days and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. All in all a 5 star experience.

We had the best stay at this beautiful home. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The closeness to all the attractions made it a perfect choice and there was so much room that we never felt crowded. The host was very responsive and we plan on returning!

Great location for Disney in a lovely area. Walking distance to Anaheim Plaza. Lovely spacious villa for 10 of us. Plenty of room for kids to play in and out of the pool. Had a couple of issues with a shower not working but the host installed a new shower and cleanliness of the floor but host arranged for an additional deep clean. Host responded immediately to any message and was very helpful.

We met as a family to stay close to Disneyland. The house was great for the number of rooms and bathrooms. Not sure where the issue was but our feet where always very dirty. We tried to figure out where it was but could not figure out if it was the floors or the area rugs. It would be very nice if there was a dishwasher installed. The pans were very old and everything we cooked would stick
If we had an issue the owner did respond quickly.

Communication with owner was very good. Home was as listed and clean upon arrival. Large enough for our group of 9, though could hold a couple more. Pool was amazing. Grill was definitely used. Large fridge-freezer to hold all your food. Beds were fine, 3 full bathrooms were appreciated! Washer and dryer worked well. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would recommend staying here for Disney trips especially, since it is SO close and easy to get to! The welcome folder even had extra maps to and from the park, if needed. And if you stay over 4th of July, expect lots of fireworks in the neighborhood! We stood in the front yard and watched them. Thanks for the use of your home! We would stay here again.

We had a great week staying at this house! The pool is very deep, which meant my kids made cannon balls for hours of fun. The hosts were very responsive to all requests. The neighborhood is quiet and the house had lots of space for us to spread out and relax. We would stay here again.
I would echo some of the other reviews: the washer and dryer don’t work consistently and the towels could use replacing.

Our family of 10 had a great stay. Walmart is a short walk for groceries. The home is 3 miles from Disney. The spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood and pool provided a great place of rest in the evenings and non park days! Great outdoor BBQ/kitchen too! The only surprise was the $35 per day extra IF we wished to have the pool heated

The house was huge with lots of games and activities for the kids to do (pool). Love the BBQ island in the backyard! Has an awesome jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. Loved it! Very comfortable will definitely be back. Thank-you so much for a great vacation stay home!!!!

Family friendly home that is cozy and welcoming. The host is quick to respond and was very helpful. Only 5 mini away from Disneyland and near shopping. Only thing to keep in mind is that it is near schools, so during certain times there may be more traffic in the neighborhood, but that is minor. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This house was very spacious for myself, my 2 siblings, our spouses and small 2 children. There was 8 of us total and we had plenty of room to have fun and relax. The high chair and pack-n-play were very useful and we were grateful that they were available. The swimming pool and grill were a hit with the kids and being so close do Disneyland was convenient. The only improvements I would recommend would be that there weren’t any mixing bowls available, or salt and pepper, and we had to buy our own coffee. The whole experience overall was fantastic! Definitely recommend this beautiful home

As soon as we got out of the car, the amazing aroma of lemon and orange danced along our noses. The house was so roomy, clean and cozy. We especially loved the giant jet tub after a long day of walking and the game room for a fun afternoon. Sitting in the sun by the pool was pure bliss. We would stay here again with zero hesitation.

Communication with the owner was easy and immediate, Miguel is the BEST! The house is beautiful and clean and has plenty of room for play time together or to have a moment of peace. The location was perfect for what we needed. We will be back!

Overall this house was great, lots of room, large kitchen and washing machine. You can ask to have the pool heated but it wasn't quite warm enough for swimming in January. Miguel was quick to respond when we had questions.

We stayed here because my grandson was marching in the rose bowl parade. House was not ready at our 4:00 checkin time which was so disappointing since we been just driving around for hours. House was clean and comfortable. Area around the pool had a lot of stuff just scattered about. There we a very limited amount of plates - we couldn’t really make a meal and have a decent place setting. Overall we were happy, just a few things that were mentioned above would have made it perfect.

This property is clean and spacious. The host was so great and available by text whenever I had any questions. The backyard is huge, we will definitely be staying here again in warmer weather to use the large pool and backyard amenities.

We spent a great week in this clean, spacious home. Our host Miguel was responsive and organized and there is great shopping and grocery stores nearby. It was wonderful to come back to the heated pool and hot tub after a busy day at Disneyland. We enjoyed most evenings preparing dinner in the well-equipped kitchen or grilling burgers on the outside patio. Highly recommend!

Overall the house was great for our family of 6, 4 adults and 2 small kids. Plenty of room to spread out, 3 bathrooms, and an awesome pool. And a great location to Disneyland and Walmart for those forgotten items! Although the listing stated new kitchen appliances, we were disappointed to discover that did not include any type of dishwasher. As a group who prefers to prepare our meals, we spent a LOT of time handwashing not only our own dishes, but many of the dishes from the previous tenants that were not clean. There were no dish towels at all, and we had to use the already short supply of bath hand towels to dry dishes. The house also did not include any beach/pool towels, so bring your own! As someone who rents a lot of VRBOs, I really expected a better supply and quality of towels, and I also didn't think I would specifically have to ask if there was a dishwasher - from now on I guess I'll add that to my list of questions to ask!

This was our first time taking our kids to Disneyland and it was by far the most amazing vacation ever. A huge part of that was how awesome this house is! We have 6 kids (so 8 of us total) ages 15 down to a 9 month old and this house was perfect for us all! The kids played in that pool every day. It was the first thing they asked to do!! The pool was also safe for kids because the gate goes all the way around. The house is very clean. We noticed as soon as we checked in you could tell they cleaned it very well! The house is bigger than you would think from the listing. Nice neighborhood! I loved getting in the master bath every night after the kids were in bed. We had such a great time. You will LOVE this rental. The host was very easy to communicate with!

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Pool and pool toys were great and we barbecued and relaxed in the backyard. Entry was simple. Pulled our van to the back and used the backdoor everyday to come and go. Miguel and his family were very responsive and great hosts. Close to Disneyland and their parking garage. This house served our purpose, which was to accomodate our large family at a fair price and give us privacy. We appreciate that.

Everything about this property was amazing. It fit our family perfect. We even had time to use the pool and temperature was just right. Would definitely stay here again. The host was was excellent in communicating with us. Easy checking in and out.
