Nestled in Sedona, this lovely house for $177 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 'Your place was beyond our expectations! It truly is a home away from home' We have heard this from those staying in our townhouse over and over again. We add many personal touches that can't be shown in a photograph. This two bedroom, one bath patio home is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We have a backpack for hiking, A ice chest for picnics and bikes for riding around town. The furnishings are unique and inviting, with an artistic touch that is meant only for the southwest. You can lounge and barbecue on the patio, which is very private. The buildings and grounds are immaculate, and the pool and jacuzzi are only steps away from the unit. You can walk to just about any kind of service you may want.....Even the movies. There is a one car garage and a single carport. Included is a parking pass to all of the parks. It is just a couple of miles to Historic Sedona where you can enjoy the Museums, Art Galleries and Pueblo Ruins. Brochure is available on request.

This is a very nice condominium in West Sedona. Spotlessly clean and very convenient to shops and restaurants without being in the traffic of Up Town. It was very well provisioned and the owners thought of everything.

We enjoyed staying in Matt and Arleen's home while we visited our daughter in Sedona. They had everything we needed including a great selection of pots and pans, spices and even bikes and tennis rackets. They provided laundry & dishwasher detergent, along with plenty of plastic wtap, tin foil and plastic storage containers. Everything was clearly marked and easy to find. The neighborhhod was quiet and the community pool was perfect for relaxing on those 85 degree days. The house was in a great location- close to restaurants, grocery stores and just a short, 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona! We would definitely stay there again

Internet code didn’t work and had two different codes listed, but neither one worked even after resetting the router as instructed. The key and three locks to enter seemed extreme. Location was awesome, as was the pool and area in general

Located in W. Sedona put the residence in the middle of the Red Rock State Park and uptown Sedona. It was a quiet neighborhood and had the opportunity to see the stars. Away from the traffic and crowds but close enough if you needed people, it was a hop, skip and jump away. It fit our needs precisely

We stayed 10 days at this condo conveniently located in the heart of Sedona and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean complete with ample amenities such as soaps, Kleenex, toweling, etc. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is wonderful and clean. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to return!

I have stayed at this property before. My first experience was wonderful. My second visit not so much. The carpets were completely stained and dirty. Even though there's a sign that says remove your shoes at the entrance of the door. Nobody does that. The kitchen was filthy. Meaning there were bugs on the counters that were never cleaned or wiped down. The floor was filthy meaning they did not mop the floor and I had to . I had to buy a mop out of my own money because the one that they had was futile to clean. I do have to say the location is wonderful. And it would have been a wonderful experience to stay there again but due to the cleanliness of the location regrettably I will not

This property is great! It’s located in a very nice neighborhood with well kept grounds. The unit is cute, clean and as represented in the listing. The communication with the host is also very good. I hope to return to this property next time I’m in Sedona.

A clean place in a great location. Trails are easily accessed. We didn't find the park pass that is mentioned in the rental description, but we also didn't need it. We figured this property has been a rental for some time as things are starting to show significant wear and tear. Pots and pans and other kitchen items are well used. Linens are also well used. The patio was a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The bbq grill was filthy and needed to be cleaned before we used it, but we have found that to be the case in most rentals. It is always nice to find a place that allows pets since we travel frequently with our dog.

This was a wonderful property, and we loved the location. Out of the craziness of uptown and we really enjoyed West Sedona! The convenience to the trails was wonderful. While we did find wonderful places to eat, maybe a few restaurant recommendations would be nice... we really enjoyed Rascals just down the street! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at this rental property. The photos on the listing really don't do it justice. The decor is very pretty and fits in perfectly with Sedona. The place was just the right size for two couples and is in a great location in Sedona - super close to Safeway for groceries, in walking distance of a great pizzeria and 15 minutes from all that Sedona has to offer for outdoor activities. The property is very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. I appreciate the access to the backyard patio and grill and the neighborhood hot tub and pool. All of the furniture and mattresses were really comfortable. Highly recommend!! We love Sedona and want to come back and this will be one of the first places we will look to book a stay again.

This was an ideal home for our stay in Sedona! The owners/hosts thought of every detail to make us comfortable. The place was both clean and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, in close proximity to all our planned activities. The communication with our hosts was also exceptional in every respect. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and well stocked. The hosts left plenty of info about the surrounding area and we were able to find trails to hike very nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona!

Clean, mostly quiet property in west Sedona. Close to many trails. Never got a reply in the app to messages to managers, had to call on phone. Visible smoke damage in unit, probably from improper fireplace use.

This condo is comfortable, clean, and convenient to Sedona. The owners are very responsive! The spa/hot tub is close by and was usually not in use when we went. Pool isn’t heated, so good for cold immersion if you’re there in March. 🤣

Great, peaceful location away from busy uptown. Would definitely stay again if we return to this area .Beds comfy. Only 2 suggestions would be a sectional type of couch so all can stretch out after a long day and to upgrade the cooler. Bikes appeared to be for kids but really wasn’t an issue as we probably wouldn’t have used them ourselves.

Met a friend on the opposite side of the country for a much needed healing retreat in Sedona. Matt and Arleen's place is within 15 minutes of EVERYTHING. Perfect location, very well appointed and CLEAN. Even found sunscreen in the cabinet. Beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms and pool was close and lovely. Called Matt on two occasions and he responded immediately. Planning next year's trip and will definitely stay here. Nothing I would change! C. Biggs
