Good location, close enough (5-10min walk) to bus stops and train stations to reach other places in and around Kyoto.
Lots of home devices and appliances available, so you can cook and wash yourself.
For a single person, the space felt very generous in comparison to standard hotel rooms.
Easy and fast check-in and check-out procedures.
Had to pay a small fee (around 500 Yen) during check-in, even though I paid online when booking.
Sometimes the internet was down for a few seconds, but all in all it was quite reliable.

Convenient location, good size room, bathroom and kitchen. Everything felt clean except for the washing machine.
It only lacked blackout curtains and the washing machine was very dirty inside the drum. When I took off the washing machine filter to empty it, it showed a bunch of brown thick gunk inside the drum, I cleaned what I could with a disposable brush.
