The home was well set up for a VRBO with 8 en suite bedrooms an a very large connected kitchen, breakfast room living room that was probably 55x35 and was a great eating and gathering room. The backyard had a large built in bbq and a hot tub and pool that were in use throughout the day.
Would probably stay in the same property next year as it is very close to my similar home.

It would’ve been nice if somebody at least had met at the house and review the house with us. Also, we contacted someone there at the spa jets dinner function, and nobody ever fix them. The house was beautiful but the person in charge was not very helpful.

Gorgeous Home!
We absolutely loved our stay at Quartz Manor! The property is in a picturesque location, and very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, hotels and nightlife. We were a large group of women, and everyone had plenty of space. The home was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. I would highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a magnificent property. Great amenities, fantastic kitchen(s), the rooms are all beautiful. There were just a few very small things which kept us from giving 5 stars, none of which were significant. Views are absolutely majestic, but there is a bit of road noise. The property managers were very cooperative and did respond to our minor issues. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend to others as well as stay here again.

It is in great condition and very comfortable. The only criticism is that the backyard needs work - not enough lounge chairs (3 working chairs for a house that holds 18), more furniture needed and the hot tub can only be turned on by the property managers and when it was turned on the jets were too strong. Overall we loved this property.

William, the maintenance guy was wonderful. He helped us to understand how to use all of the houses amenities. My friends and I had an absolutely incredible time and I would recommend this home to anyone. I can't wait to book again in the future!

Needs more comfortable seating at the pool. Many broken chairs laying about.
Needs umbrellas at the pool! NO shade.
We could not get the sound system to work.

We rented this house for a leadership retreat and it was the perfect spot! Great indoor/outdoor space with large gathering areas and bedrooms/bathrooms for 7 people! Also, the concierge went above and beyond. Everything was stocked when we arrived and we always had what we needed!

Great Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this palatial home in Paradise Valley. There was plenty of room for all to both mingle and have alone time if desired. Close to many restaurants and shops, and while the kitchen tools and pans could use an update, they sufficed for our needs and the appliances are top-notch. A great escape with your COVID bubble!

In September 2020, a group of us (9 guys) stayed at this beautiful, expansive house on N. Quartz Mountain Road. The entrance is massive and reminds you of stepping into a luxury resort hotel. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, but some have attached baths, some do not. Also, some have TV's, a couple do not (if this is important to your guests). The master bedroom is absolutely incredible.
Also, we had one of our dinners catered by a company recommended by Parsons Villas. They were very professional and the food was fantastic (we selected Mexican fiesta and also added a bartender for making margaritas, etc).
A couple minor negatives...the backyard is still a work in process. The owner is adding some additions in the back corner of the yard as well as some tree/light enhancements to the pool area. So, just be aware of this.
Also, the timer of the hot tub seemed to be off a little bit (it would turn on/off as weird times). However, once we figured out the correct person to contact within Parsons, they quickly turned it on for remotely whenever we needed it.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in the greater Scottsdale area.
