Since you are not right in the Ramblas area, this zone is much more tranquil and local. The Diagonal street itself is home to boutique shops and restaurants as well. There is a grocery store close to the apartment and you also have easy access to all forms of public transport, bus, tram, metro, and taxi. The apartment is located 2 min walk from the metro Verdaguer (Blue and Yellow line). House rules: - Check-in from 15 p.m. (flexible) - Check-out before 11 a.m. (flexible) - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - The apartment is equipped with  a noise detector, which is NOT recording at any time and it's only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment. - By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the device in the apartment and agree that it doesn't breach your privacy rights. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€. To get to the property, the easiest way is to take a taxi from the airport. This should cost around 45 euros for up to 4 people, The path should last about 30 minutes depending on the traffic.
