Perfect service provided by Dorothy with all aspects of our visit.
The apartment was superb and the view over the square was a stand-out part of stay.
Would highly recommend and would stay again without hestitation. In fact, I'd arrange any future visits based on the availability of the apartment.

Location, Location, location! Right on the main square. Amazing support from staff who arranged transportation, provided quick responses to questions, and enquired about our checkin and stay. Everthing you needed and even thought of putting extra toothbrush, slippers, and body wash in the room. Kitchen is stocked with basics and already had coffee. Breakfast in nearby restaurant was very good with creative choices as well as standard dishes. Speciality coffees were available. They even got our order the night before so we could be quickly served for an early departure.
It was not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator. Room architecture has so much character, and maybe room decor could be upgraded to match. Not that anything is wrong with furniture. It was clean and updated and simple.

The position of the apartment was excellent
Very safe and secure
Michal greeted us and gave us some good recommendations for bars and restaurants
The main problem was the bed , it had been previously broken and repaired poorly, the bed broke 4 times when I was there which I fixed 3 times and Michal fixed once ,
if I was been picky the towels were not great
