Tourist License HUTB-003981 Greetings from Barcelona 😉 This modern duplex is located in the neighborhood of Putxet in the northern part of the city and is ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay in Barcelona. Here, you can discover the most authentic part of Barcelona where many exquisite and authentic restaurants are located, as well as bars that have been established for many years. This bright 2-story apartment was designed to combine modernity and quality. At the entrance, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils so that you can prepare your own meals during your stay if you wish. Next to the kitchen, the spacious lounge will allow you to relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city. In the rest of the apartment, you will find 3 rooms: 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds; as well as 2 bathrooms created so you can be as comfortable as possible both with a bathtub and integrated shower. From washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, and microwave to the coffee maker, without forgetting an excellent internet connection for our free Wifi, a flat-screen TV, as well as all the equipment you will need to feel at home. Additionally, for those who prefer to come by car and avoid the stress of finding a car park in the city, we can offer you private parking located in the same building as your apartment. The apartment is also located very close to several bus stops (Homer - Escipió / Pl. Lesseps - Riera de Vallcarca) and the metro (Lesseps / Pàdua / Fontana). Only 15 minutes away, you will find the heart of the city. When it comes to supermarkets there is a great variety just a few meters from the apartment. As we want your stay to be as simple and relaxed as possible, we have developed a wide variety of extra services such as pick up from and to the apartment, tickets to the most famous attractions in the city, as well as the purchase for your breakfast and snacks so that Do not worry about going to make the purchase upon arrival. We were emailed and told to collect keys from the apartment. Once landed we directed a cab to the apartment, then phoned the office to give our arrival time. We were then told to go direct to the office to collect the keys. Despite showing the email, we were still charged €40, before being given the keys. We then had the additional cost of a cab to the apartment. The apartment was modern, spacious but had many faulty items, both dangerous and unsightly. The wooden floor on the landing is damaged, the wood is missing in areas and I cut my foot on this flooring on arrival. No first aid kit. Drawers in the master bedroom are all broken. Safe doesn’t work. Sofa ripped. Light switch master bedroom exposed and dangerous without the plastic covering. No cork screw. No plugs for any sinks or bath. Downstairs bedroom smelt musty. Cleaning charge but if bins were not emptied (down street) there was a fine. For the money not brilliant

This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in the city centre. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom which is great for a family with a 13 and 10 year old. The apartment is close to all transport links in the city. The restaurant recommendations provided were all excellent. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in such a beautiful city such as Barcelona.

Very clean, and comfortable apartment. The bedding was hard but still comfortable. Bathroom had a good shower, shampoo and soap were provided, and lots of nice fluffy towels.

If you want to visit Barcelona stay here, the apartment is lovely and has all you need for your stay. It is perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot Supermarket Caprabo was 2 minutes away walking distance which was great If you don't you will regret it.

We had a quick answer (I had to find a flat within 2 days), and the instructions given to rent/find the flat were clear. The flat was clean and as it is described, no surprise. It is ideally located, central but in a street where you don't have crowd and noise. The host was available and nice. We'll come back to the flat for our next Barcelona trip, for sure.
