We stayed in Deborah's comfortable home for one week, during which we experienced two mild snowstorms. The location of the home was perfect, as we could walk everywhere near Courthouse Plaza and didn't have to worry about driving. The home was cozy, warm and the kitchen and other amenities were great for staying inside and enjoying the weather outside. Deborah was a great host, making sure everything was ready for our arrival and even checking in with us to make sure that all was well during the snowstorms. We highly recommend the home to anyone wanting to experience the charm of old town Prescott.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and quiet but very close to downtown. There are some businesses across the street which were convenient for food and coffee in a pinch. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time in this very spacious VRBO. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to The Courthouse, shops, bars, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and they had everything we needed. We already booked for next year.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving here with our college grandsons. The kitchen is up to date and well equipped. The outdoor grill is super. We grilled steaks, baked fish, made pancakes, All good! And only 2 blocks from the best restaurants Prescott has to offer. This house is simply delightful and gets my wholehearted recommendation.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The proximity to nearby venues, food and entertainment allowed for us to walk to everything we needed.The owners were great to work with and quick to respond yo any questions we had. This is a perfect place to stay for you visit to Prescott!

My son and I stayed here and loved being able to walk into town to enjoy many delicious restaurants. The home is comfortable, clean, easily accessible, cool (very important in close to 100 degree weather), and enjoyable. We will be back! Thank you.

First time staying here. Hostess was very accommodating. House is adorable and very clean. Very easy walk to Whiskey Row. FYI main Bathroom is a separate from the master bedroom which. I would recommend and stay there again.

Great stay! It was super clean and comfortable inside. Easy walk to downtown and Founding Fathers. Perfect little house for 2 couples (and kids if you use the sofa sleeper). The deck off the back was nice for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.

This house is amazing - better than the pictures even!!! It was immaculate, and the decor was so beautiful!! The location is perfect to whatever you might want to do. One of the best houses I have ever stayed it. Communication was great and quick. A return stay for sure!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. So nice not to have to find parking in the downtown area. The home was clean and decorated so tastefully. We used both the front and back yards to relax in the morning and afternoon. So nice to have 2 bathrooms and so much space to spread out. Lots of closet and storage space. In addition, the hosts were so communicative and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again!!

We spent almost 3 weeks at this rental and it was wonerful. We had a few questions along the way and had an immediate response with every text. The house is super clean, beds and pillows are amazing and you just can't beat the location. It is exactly as you see in the photos. We will return! Thank you for your hospitality, Deborah and Wayne! This stay was for an annual Prescott girls trip. Normally there are 4 of us, but this year only 2 so we had LOTS of space for ourselves. I want people to know that this house is exactly as pictured if not better. Two bedrooms (really 2 1/2 as there is like this little room that has a desk, couch, TV and is super cozy) and two full bathrooms. Close to the square and 10 footsteps to Founding Fathers. Can’t beat the location. Also, I would like to add that the owner Deborah is AMAZING, so kind and will really try to go out of her way to accommodate you IF it’s possible. We happen to be staying during Acker weekend and it’s a literal madhouse and was a literal madhouse Friday night. She was so kind to allow us to check In super early to guarantee a parking spot right in front of the house. It is street parking and not guaranteed parking spot, but we never had any issues finding a spot. The only downside I would mention is the heat took a VERY long time to work, almost all day for it to really get going. I wonder if it would be this way during summer for the A/C? Didn’t complain about this as every room had floor heaters and it really wasn’t too big of deal for us, but depending on the season you visit could be an issue for a family with kids. Overall, we can’t wait to come back to this home hopefully sometime next year again. Just waiting to narrow down some dates. Don’t think twice and book this home. You won’t regret it!
