This is truly a one of a kind Hawaiian dream home. Stroll down the sand beach and find Hawaiian Paradise set on over an acre of beautiful tropical beachfront landscaping. This approx 5000 sq ft gated home has all the comforts one could need from a gourmet kitchen to a swimming pool / sauna/ spa, lots of privacy, tropical fruit trees, internet & more. Three spacious suites are complete with their own private patio's ,flat screen TVs, and full bathrooms. The tropical gardens surround the home with the lush scents of the island . You can whale watch from the pool side when it is the season or gaze at the stars from the hot tub , there is a small 5 hole putting green for those who like to hit a few balls around so just sit back and relax ! out door Games available .(week stays min)6 people max.beach is out front of property and goes to the right there are seasonal changes to all beaches

Exceptional in most every way! If you are looking for a beautiful property in a quiet and extraordinarily peaceful setting, look no further. We loved the very small town of Waimea that’s just a few minutes away and it has restaurants and a grocery. While some aspects of the property are dated, there is nothing I would change. Nothing compares to relaxing in the beautiful pool that overlooks the ocean, and the west side sunshine cannot be beat. Ryan, the caretaker, lives on property in a separate guest quarters. Initially I was a bit apprehensive about this, but quickly began to enjoy the fresh fruit and conversation Ryan provided on a daily basis. He is super attentive and just a pleasure to have around. We’ve been to Kauai many times, and without hesitation, I would say that this is our favorite place to stay. I hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved this place! We could not have picked a more perfect spot. The house is huge. It is upscale but warm and cozy. And the views are absolutely stunning. We found ourselves looking for excuses to cancel our vacation activities so we could spend more time at the house. Highly recommended.

Located in a super quiet area. Lots of room and amenities. The property caretaker,Gary, was super responsive with any questions. The house is away from the super busy tourist areas. We had a terrific stay!

The home was perfect. It is on the West side of the Island away from the hustle and bustle and allowed is to relax and enjoy ourselves. The views of the ocean and sunset were spectacular. The amenities of the home were everything we could have thought of
