The property is superb! The views (especially sunsets) are amazing! The house is very well equipped and comfortable.The care taker, Ryan, was fantastic - helpful without being intrusive and willing to share his "insider" knowledge about places to eat, sites to see and what to avoid. We spent two weeks in paradise.

This is an amazing property, impeccably maintained and furnished. It is private, filled with incredible artwork inside and across the property. We discovered something new and beautiful every day. The pool, spa, sauna, and yard are well-maintained. Every room has an ocean view. The caretaker is very friendly and very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. We’ve never stayed in nicer, better-maintained property. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

Exceptionally beautiful and private house! This spot is away from touristy parts of the island (which we enjoyed) but very close to the beautiful Waimea Canyon and the boat ports where the trips to the NaPali coast leave from. The grounds are fabulous, with everything that you could ever need provided for. We enjoyed grilling, the pool, the hot tub, and watching the sunrise and sunset each day. We saw whales from the stunning and expansive backyard every day. Ryan, the friendly caretaker/host was fantastic. He saw to all of our needs and his knowledge of the island and can-do attitude helped us make the most of our vacation time. If you are looking for a private, luxury property on the West side of Kauai, this is the perfect spot.

We loved this house and it was great for our family vacation. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and the beautiful home. In addition to the owner, the caretaker and housekeeper were especially helpful and made our trip easy. We very much appreciate their help in making lemonade out of lemons for us! Thank you!
