Situated in Colorado Springs, this charming house for $225 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Newly listed VRBO with many great reviews on Airbnb for this fully updated, chic, modern home. Entire home has been completely remodeled and updated with marble counters, upgraded stainless appliances, massive kitchen, fully updated baths, and a clothes washer/dryer on the main level. This home is just a few blocks from downtown and a short drive to all the great sightseeing like Garden of The Gods Park (voted the best city park in the USA in 2016), Pikes Peak Highway, Cheyenne Canon Park with beautiful Helen Hunt waterfalls and numerous hiking/mountain biking trails just minutes away! This home sleeps 2 on the main level King master with ensuite bathroom, and sleeps 6 upstairs with a second King Master with privte ensuite bathroom and huge walk-in closet, another king room with jack-n-jill bathroom and a final room with two twin xls's large enough for adults. This allows large groups to be together or have some separation, it's up to you to choose. This is a perfect setup for 2 families traveling together or a large group. 2000 sq. ft of living space in this fabulous home! This accommodates 8 guests all in beds! 100% hypoallergenic. 4 min drive 2 downtown, 10min 2 Olympic Trng Cntr, 17min 2 Garden of Gods, 25min 2 AirForce Academy, 34 min 2 base of Pikes Peak, AC & Heat, 2 masters w/ensuites, fast WiFi, no pets ever (fine is $5000), new flooring, kitchen, stairs are steep, bathrooms, private parking, private patio with furniture and grill looking towards pikes peak. Great for large families or small business groups! You have 2 parking spots in the gravel on the back side of the home: see pictures. More vehicles may park on the street.

Exactly as advertised. We had one question for Host, and it was answered immediately. House is situated in a way that offers lovely view of Pikes Peak from first and second floor.

Overall rental and experience was good. The only issue we experienced is the lack of air circulation. The common areas were very cold while the bedrooms were very warm. Recommend to install ceiling fans for better circulation.

The beds are super comfortable…. I like my pillows a bit firmer, so I had to double them up for support, which worked fine. The ceiling on the main floor has to be 12+ feet high, which really makes the view of the kitchen’s ship lap wall stunning! Brandon (property owner) was quick to respond to our messages when checking in / out. The property is close to the downtown - 10 mins. There is a monster size patio on the front of the house which had amazing views of the surrounding mountain scape. One bit of caution when pulling in from the main street…. If you are in a car, it will bottom out. We used the the entrance from in the alley and didn’t have any issue. We would highly recommended this property!

We brought our small wedding party and a couple friends to stay with us during the week of our wedding. This house was PERFECT, as we all had plenty of space to relax and get ready. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are super nice! Super great kitchen as well! Would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

This house was BEAUTIFUL! Super clean, great location and so spacious. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was so nice with 7 women staying there. My only suggestion would be to have more bath towels because there was only one per person. I would highly recommend this house to anyone heading to Colorado Springs.

the property was just as advertised. it was super clean and very spacious. Love the large kitchen island where we were all able to have breakfast. the extra half bath on the main floor was a great bonus. Everything is new and lovely. We would stay there again in a minute!

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!
As a group of 8 ladies who have been traveling together for 19 years we give this rental an A+!! This is a lovely home with beautiful views in a great location. The beds are super comfy and having 4 bathrooms was ideal. We also had enough seating for everyone inside and out on the patio. The parking was great as well. We will definitely be returning next year!
