Situated in Portland, this attractive house for $134 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. My house is close to Hillsdale shops, bus lines, 10 minute drive to Downtown Portland, 2 miles to Veterans and OHSU Hospitals. Walk to the Library - Hillsdale bakery, Starbucks, ice cream store, game store, over a dozen restaurants, food carts. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the convenience and people. My house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Tesla Electric Car Charger on premises. The living room has a Roku TV, a sofa and 2 reclining chairs. If you have questions about the size of your group please contact us. The gourmet kitchen has most everything you will need. To entertain you there is Roku TV, free Wifi and a large collection of board games, and some puzzles. Due to allergies of resident only non-shedding dogs allowed on premises. I live with my father in the lower floor that has a separate entrance. There is soundproofing between the floors to prevent us from bothering each other.

This was an absolutely lovely, cozy, charming home. It was the perfect place for our group and the location is amazing. It is a beautiful area, close to so much to see and do, but still a quiet neighborhood. If you're on the fence let me assure you that this property was an absolute DREAM.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was beautiful and easy to get to all of the sites we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The owner worked with us as our group arrived at different times and the first was very early. He allowed for early check in for us. Thanks so much!!!! Loved walking to the bakery and restaurants as well as the food truck park - all a short walk away.

We loved our stay here. Super cute and comfortable. We were 20 minutes from anywhere in Portland. Also, 60-90 minutes from the coast, Columbia River Gorge and Mt Hood.

The location was good for exploring PDX. Kids liked the board games. The hosts were slow with communications. There were one too few towels, so we contacted them via text as directed on the instructions. However, the first host said that they couldn't help us because they were out of town and directed us to contact the other host via VRBO. That host did not respond to a text or vrbo message. We had to re contact the first host to suggest they contact the other host to help us out. After that, we received a towel. The property was adequate for our needs, with a kitchen and laundry. The kitchen had basic cooking tools, but we needed to cook some foods sequentially because of limited supplies. The stove top burners have some difficulty lighting from ignition/food buildup and one portion of the gas ovens convection was not working. The washing machine had mold growing in it. I texted the host about the stove and washing machine. Hopefully they received the text (no reply), but I'm posting here so they can address those. The bedroom that abuts the host's residence has a thin door with a 1 inch gap underneath. We could hear and smell their cooking in the evening. The floors squeak loudly in the rental property, and kids across home had a hard time sleeping when others were awake. Only 2 of 3 bedrooms had window coverings. The bathroom, front room, and bedroom windows without coverings overlook streets. There was hammering from 8 to 9 pm.

One of the most relaxing and comfortable homes we have rented. Close to everything in Portland, but feels like we were in the forest away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland.

This property is better than the description. It is very well stocked. Bed (that we used) was very comfortable. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to everything, yet quiet neighborhood setting. We didn’t stay here for as much as we would usually, due to extensive family activities. I would definitely return here in the future!

We were looking for a single level home in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to a cafe, a bar, and a few shops. That is exactly what we found! The home is much bigger than the pictures suggest. I loved walking to Gigi’s cafe, the little brewery, and the nearby trails. It was also perfect for my elderly uncle who was staying with us: no steps. Close to my daughter at Lewis and Clark, and a short drive to downtown, Sellwood, and the Japanese Gardens. Everything great about Portland without the trash or traffic.

The home was was perfect for what we were looking for. Photos on the walls were amazing, the property clean and charming. We spent most of the time out of the house running around but this house was so comfortable and welcoming we looked forward to coming back and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! This secluded neighborhood high in the hills is perfect for any family or group of friends interested in hunkering down with a few days worth of groceries to enjoy some quiet time and movie nights in peace. We particularly appreciated the selection of books and board games at the house, and it was very considerate of the host to have the smart TV logged into guest accounts on several apps for easy entertainment options.

We had a great stay! Easy check in and checkout, which made leaving a very easy process (many rentals have a long list of cleaning requirements before checkout, this was easy and didn’t take much time, so no rushing around in the morning). We stayed in a lovely quiet neighborhood up in the hills off a winding road. Neighborhood is peaceful and feels very safe. We didn’t hear from the residents staying beliw nor see him, so you don’t feel like your inconveniencing him by walking in a squeaky floorboard. House was nice and clean, although I’d be sure to replace the shower curtains every few months from all the moisture), and the home was well stocked with the basics. The only thing we would have liked is a tea kettle so you don’t need to use the coffee pot or microwave to warm your water. We have a lovely peaceful stay and would come back anytime. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us.

The residence was comfortable and reasonable size for party of three. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The single bathroom got the job done - the shower was quite nice. We were able to pull off a nice Christmas in this home despite some bad winter weather. The host was responsive to questions. One suggestion: more effective window covers.

We needed to be close to the hospital as our son was having surgery and this is just a short drive to OHSU. It was a comfortable place to stay and our hosts were easy to work with. Our only issue was that the third bedroom was very cold when we checked in and it took a very long time to heat. I suggest asking the host to turn on the heat for that room prior to your arrival if you stay in the colder months.

My friends and I had a nice stay at Ryan's home. It really suited our needs and was cozy and clean. Its close to the Hillsdale strip mall and the neighborhood makes for a beautiful walk. The soundproofing was really good and felt very private. Ryan was very quick with communication and we appreciated his professionalism. I highly recommend a stay at this rental.

Very comfortable cozy home in a beautiful area near family we were visiting for Thanksgiving holiday. The beds and linens are nice and the towels are most plush! The owners are onsite , quiet, & respect your privacy completely! We would enjoy staying again!
