About this cottage rental

Located in Napa Valley, this charming cottage for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Cottage is set back from the road on a private acre surrounded by neighboring vineyards with a small meadow in front. Located just outside of Sonoma proper in the Carneros wine growing appellation and central to everything you could want to experience in both the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. The Cottage was recently remodeled with great thought put into the comfort of our guests including full generator backup in the event of power loss. We have Daikan air-conditioning / heating split system throughout with a gas stove in the living room and heated bathroom floors. Both bedrooms have floor heaters and Queen size beds that are outfitted with luxury mattresses. Our kitchen has all the amenities of home with super fast wifi and a flat screen tv with cable in the living room. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and our well maintained hot tub 365 days a year. Adjacent to the patio is our vintage pump house that holds our full sized washer and dryer. Uber drivers and local wine tour busses are familiar with our property and are used by our guests regularly. FYI: Please know our cottage is located in an area filled with beautiful WORKING vineyards. During bud break, typically in March, wind machines are used if temperatures dip below a certain degree so the new growth doesn't freeze. This would happen in the early morning hours when it is the coldest. These machines are loud but are only used, IF NECESSARY, for about three weeks. We chose this property mainly because it's located near where a family member was getting married. The property was neat, clean and just as pictured. The owner communicated arrival instructions clearly and parking was very easy. Closet space was great and they provided all of the amenities you'd expect. I did appreciate they they provided Keurig cups for the coffeemaker! If you're visiting wine country, this is a great option!

Cottage was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable and had all the right amenities. The location was perfect. It was quiet and we enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio. The rooms were the perfect size for two of us and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Great time! Thank you.

We loved our stay at this cottage. I was impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness. The cottage was close to both Sonoma and Napa area. Lots of wineries near by. We did get to use the hot tub one night which was a nice treat. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a terrific stay. The location was perfect. Close to both downtown Sonoma and Downtown Napa. A short drive to both so close to great restaurants. The place was very clean and was larger inside than expected. Both bedrooms were a good size. There's also a nice patio area to spend time. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend staying here.

We loved this place. Beautiful view on the porch overlooking vineyards and mountains. It had everything we needed and close to both Sonoma and Napa vineyards. Very quiet and relaxing.

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked - it had just what we needed. While we were not in town, it was nice to stay outside of town. The views of the vineyards and hills were really beautiful. And the hot tub was an added plus! Would definitely consider staying here again the next time I come to Sonoma.

The property was stunning! Lots of privacy with a beautiful view. This is hands down the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. It almost seemed like we were the first people to stay there the upkeep was that stellar. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Only slight snag, Ubers could never find the property. Not sure if there is an issue with the address, but that was a slight challenge during our entire stay.

This place was great for out visit (2 couples) to wine country. It was a quick drive to Sonoma and Napa. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs. We were worried about only having 1 bathroom, but it worked out okay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back. The access to a grill to cook was nice. The cookware in the house was old and there weren't a lot of options (a bigger fry pan and having ones that weren't peeling Teflon would have been nice) also it would have been nice to have better cooking utensils (wooden spoons and better spatulas). However, we weren't there to cook and only made a couple meals there so it wasn't a big deal for us. As warned in the listing the wind machines in the Vineyards turned on two of the mornings we were there due to low temps. They sound like a helicopter is landing right next to the house!

The hose immaculate! Well appointed and easy to get to. Surrounded by larger estates so very quiet and felt remote but only a few minutes to the Sonoma Square. House is cozy but also roomy. The gas fire place is stellar and we used it every day. Would 10 out of 10 recommend and we plan to come back as soon as we can.

Perfect location to visit both Napa and Sonoma. House was well kept. Owner likely has had issues in the past with people staying there because there were a lot of rules in a big 3 ring binder- I understand but it was somewhat stressful to make sure I met all of her requirements and requests. It made me a bit anxious to do anything wrong. It’s too bad that we had to feel so on edge because others have likely abused her home. But we were afraid to really use anything in fear we would be fined. The home was very well kept and was across the street from grape vines. It was beautiful location. If the weather had been better it would have been a beautiful walk. All in all it was a nice stay.

Enjoy the wineries and downtown but stay in the quiet beauty of the vineyards. Minimalist design and decor but all the essentials are included. Very clean and beautiful views and walking/biking/jogging!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was extremely clean and such a wonderful spot. I loved walking around the neighborhood seeing all of the farms, vineyards and animals. The beds were extremely comfortable and my friend who is picky about the sheets said they were amazing. Tracy was extremely responsive and I asked her many questions. We explored Armstrong National park per her suggestion and it was AMAZING. I would highly recommend this property.

This house is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed grilling, eating outside with the views of the vineyard, and seeing the sunset in the hot tub. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil Sonoma getaway. Tracy was a great host.

The property was super quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed sitting in the spa looking out at the vineyard drink a glass of wine at sunset. The interior was well done and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. Hope to get the opportunity to stay here again!

Tracy’s wine country cottage is among the very best homes we’ve rented. It’s perfectly located minutes from both Napa and Sonoma. Located among working properties, it’s a peaceful respite from the tourist hustle and bustle. It was sparkling clean and well appointed. The water pressure was excellent. Every room is spacious and roomy with the bathroom being a little cozy. Tracy was lightening fast on responding with questions. We’d love to come to stay again. Thank you, Tracy!

Everything was perfect! Calling the place a "cottage" doesn't do it justice! Tracy is a great and very responsive communicator. One small suggestion. Kitchen needs a spatula and possibly a pizza cutter.

Such a cute, clean and well sized place in wine country. We had a lovely stay in the little house with 4 people. The hot tub was a nice retreat at the end of a day of wine tasting. Beds were comfy too!

The house was clean and came with all the amenities we needed. The first (and only) morning we woke up to the fans in the vineyard turning on because of cooler night temps but because we were warned and then got used to the noise, it made the location more special and unique! A couple of miles outside of town, but a nice respite!
