I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. Everything was clean and well organised. The hotel environment was welcoming and relaxing. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

They upgraded us to their best room in Building 6. I think for a family of 4, going from a room that had negative reviews in the older section to the biggest suite in the hotel means that our stay was fantastic, given that we paid for a smaller room. However, my review has to be mixed since we didn't stay in the actual room that we had paid for.
The restaurant is a disaster. The staff were rude and unpleasant. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality of what was presented.

- Renovated, everything looks fresh and new
- Very clean, fresh towels daily
- Close to supermarket and Mall
- Good breakfast for short stays
- Close to bus station
- A little far from City centre, it takes 45m-1h to get to main attractions using public transport
- Same breakfast every day and undrikable coffee. They had a decent medium roast for a day at the bar then they switched to a lower quality dark and bitter cofee for the rest of the days.
- Heating in the room gets turned off after 1AM, we asked at the reception to keep it on but they only did so for one night. Not ideal as during our stay it was winter and very cold outside and the temperature dropped in the room quickly.
- Electrical problems - for some reason on last night the TV turned on about 3 times after a loud clicking sound, waking us up everytime. At that point we already had enough and just unplugged it without calling the reception.
