The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. The dining area and den have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the spacious den has a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player in one bedroom. The unit has high speed wireless internet. The pool can be viewed from the large balcony off of the den. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo. Walk directly onto one of the three balconies from three bedrooms and the den. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a great view of the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the two chaise lounge chairs. The free trolley that takes you to all the activities Pensacola Beach has to offer, which runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, stops a few steps from complex. In order to make the most of your vacation and hopefully minimize the time spent in traffic, this unit rents Sunday to Sunday from mid-May until mid-August. The minimum age requirement of 25 years old is strictly enforced and this adult must physically occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. The maximum occupancy of ten (10) guests, including children, is also strictly enforced. Due to medical conditions of the owners NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in this condo.
