The location is beautiful, the grounds are looked after every day. Having a pool on site was nice. The condo was comfortable and supplied most amenities for cooking and daily living. The responsiveness of Pensacola Beach Properties was good at the time of check in, and prior to the trip.
The washing machine was absolutely full of mold. I had to clean it five times before chunks were not floating in the water. Having kids, the washer was a huge reason for staying in a condo. I reached out to Pensacola Beach Properties and they never acknowledged my message with a video showing the extent of the mold. We also found a container of food in one of the dresser drawers of the first bedroom, thick dust in the second bedroom, and someone's forgotten swimsuits in the drawer of the third. The showers are very fancy but water goes spraying everywhere because they are caked in calcium. Signs the place isn't cleaned deeply.

Location was perfect!
Sofa was a sleeper and sagging in the middle, just needs a board under the cushions. The ends were comfortable, the middle seats not so much. Some attention to the kitchen serving ware- platters, large serving utensils would be helpful for future guests.

The condo was very spacious, well decorated, comfortable, nice and bright, beautiful view of the gulf.
It created an amazing atmosphere to catch up with family and spend quality time with the kids. We found the pool and hot tub nice as well and the closeness to beach access was very nice and convenient. I didn't bring my boat this time but was pleased that I had the side lot as an option.
The showers were very complicated to use, the smoke alarm went off very easily when I opened the oven door to remove something I was cooking, and the stovetop was hard to read the settings, like if a burner was on high or low etc. I think maybe a cleaning chemical had removed the writing at some point.
The parking spot in garage wasn't clearly marked, we never found it and just parked in outside lot. Also pedestrian gate had issues, it worked with the auto gate code once, never with the pedestrian gate code, and not at all once as well.
