About this villa rental
Situated in Ölüdeniz, this attractive villa for $196 per night is a great option for your next break. Set within the picturesque valley of Ovacik this spacious, luxury and contemporary privately owned but built by the Orka Group but not maintained by them, Evden Eve was completed in July 2013 and enjoys over 200sqm of accommodation over three floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor sharing a large balcony with seating for 4, and a twin & triple room on the 2nd floor, each with its own balcony and seating. All bedrooms are en-suite, in addition there is a downstairs toilet and shower. The front door is situated to the side of the property, and as you enter the villa, there is a contemporary open plan living space, which is attractively furnished and minimalist in feel. The villa comes with all modern essentials and has been finished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned and is suitable for couples, families and large groups There are four large double patio doors that invite plenty of natural light into the house and a fully operational well equipped kitchen; with the added benefit of a water cooler (replacement water bottles can be purchased and delivered). The villa stands on a 700sqm plot and has its own 60sqm private heated swimming pool and an attractively landscaped garden and provides panoramic views of the Babadag Mountain and the Ovacik valley. There are 10 sun loungers, and dining inside, or al fresco, on the terrace for 9 people. The villa comes with all modern essentials and has been finished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned and is suitable for couples, families and large groups. Our luxury Villa located in Ovacik, is 10 minutes away from the world famous Blue Lagoon beach at Olu Deniz and also the bustling harbour town of Fethiye. Both locations offer a varied choice of restaurants, sailing trips, paragliding, fishing and diving as well as beaches and beautiful walks, you may wish to experience travelling to them on the local “dolmus” bus or just take a short taxi ride. Nearby Ovacik and Hisaronu offer a choice of restaurants , bars, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance, most of the local supermarkets run a delivery service bringing shopping to your door . For those with young children there is a travel cot and a high chair supplied.

The villa was absolutely amazing.The location was ideal only 5 minutes by cab into Hisaronu and a 5 minute walk up to Ovacik. The pool was lovely and warm as it was heated. The management team we dealt with was first class. Emma was so helpful and always responded when i messaged her. The guy that came every morning to check the pool and clean the area was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back in july.

We have stayed in Ovacik in other villas and this has been the best. It was in a superb location, extremely well presented and spacious. It had everything you need and we would definitely not hesitate to return. The man who maintained the pool did and excellent job as did the maids. We could not fault anything

Just stayed in this cracking villa for two weeks. Pool is the highlight of the villa as large and spotless.Owners and management staff were great and very responsive if there was any issues. Location was good as only a short stroll up the road to some excellent restaurants and then down the hill to the main strip max 10 minute walk.
Only negative I would say is the BBQ much better if it was a built in one as easier to cook on. Also a good sweeping brush and mop to be left maybe we missed them to help keep villa clean. Maybe look at a larger TV as there was times when kids stayed in doors due to the intense heat.

Evdene Eve is an amazing, spacious property with a great pool in a wonderful setting. The highlight for us was the first-floor balcony overlooking the pool.

The villa was as described and in a great location. Not too far away from everything but in a quiet location.
The pool is bigger than most and is cleaned daily which was fantastic.
The rooms were large and the kitchen had all amenities that we needed.
Communication with the owners and the local management company was easy.

Beautiful villa, this is the second time we’ve stayed here. Emma & Nick have furnished it to a high standard and has everything you could possible need. Gardens and pool maintained daily and everything is spotless. The views are amazing, location is great and your within very easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. We decided to book this property on very short notice.
The property owners replied quickly when it was a late time, once we arrived early morning the cleaning staff was there already cleaning the Villa and their contact Mr Tariq came and provided the keys, Explained the security alarm and everything.
location was easy to find, 8 minutes drive to Oloduniez beach where you can find all the attractions and agents to book your trips, even if you don't have a car, there is a taxi office 1-minute walk from the Villa.
TV cable might need a little upgrade, but you would not really have much time to stay in to watch TV.

Would highly recommend this villa it’s fantastic. Everything you need. Spacious. Pool man/gardener was in every day and even though we were only there for a week the cleaner came in once

Great villa with excellent layout of rooms that suited our needs. Pool was great the children fully enjoyed themselves and learnt new skills.
The location for us was not so good, on a very busy road by two hotels, we prefer somewhere a little quieter.
Jeep safari was hilarious all the children loved it not as much as the adults, private boat hire for the day was great fun also.

Another fabulous Stay at Evden Eve
Just returned home after staying at Evden Eve for a second year and once again have had a fabulous holiday. The villa is lovely and in a great location. Some of our party have already booked for 2020 and it would be our number one choice of villas in the area every time. Nick and Emma are great hosts and always helpful as is Gunes, the property company who manage the villa. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Stunning Villa
Recently returned from a 10 day stay. Beautiful villa and equipped with everything you could possible need. The view is absolutely amazing and everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa was cleaned twice during our stay and pool and garden everyday. Emma and Nick were extremely helpful and sorted out our transfers from and to the airport. Location of the villa is perfect, just a 2 minute walk up a very slight hill and you come to the main road in Ovacik with plenty of shops and restaurants etc. Just across from the villa is a taxi button - these come along within a couple of minutes, found this to be very convenient to take us into the main Hisaronu town which is more lively but caters for all ages. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing time and the villa is just absolutely stunning. Hoping to return for 2 weeks in 2020 as its already booked for the dates we need next year. Thank you Emma and Nick for sharing your beautiful holiday home with us and look forward to returning in 2020. Miranda

Stayed for 17 days in September, 6 of us so plenty of room. All amenities available and in a great location, 2 minute walk from main road. Villa cleaned every 3/4 days and pool done on a daily basis. Emma & Nick very helpful and arranged transfers for us at a very reasonable price. Would love to go back next year but due to quality of villa it is booked when we would have liked to come, looking to book again for 2020. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I don’t know where to start! From as soon as we pulled up outside til we left we loved every second of it! This villa is amazing and cannot fault one thing. I stayed with my family of 8 ages from 10 to 78! Everyone of us loved it. There is space for you all so not stepping on each other’s toes. Villa really well equipped and didn’t want for nothing. Pool man, cleaners and transfers that were arranged were fantastic. Location brilliant and very private. I had never booked villa privately so were a little worried but I had no need to be, communication great from owners. Someone even came round to check everything were ok from the company that look after the villa for owners.

Plenty to occupy all age groups. Villa...superb. Cleaned twice a week, garden and pool everyday, stayed in many villas but never attention to detail like this. Owners more than helpful, and arranged taxi from and to the airport who were waiting for us at both ends. Views amazing both in the sun and through a thunderstorm! Sun rises over the mountain daily at 8am worth being up for! Thank you Emma and Nick thoroughly recommended.

This villa is impeccable and so well equipped. It was a home from home.
Myself and my family spent 12 glorious days at this villa. It was so luxurious and had plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 teenager. Emma & Nick kept in touch throughout the booking process which meant that as soon as we touched down in Turkey to the moment we left we were well taken care off. The villa is ideally located within walking distance of Hisaranu but there are lots of lovely restaurants in Ovacik which we tended to go to. The villa has a fantastic large pool with plenty of sun beds. Our holiday was just perfect and we can't wait to book up again. Thank you so much Nick and Emma for the use of your stunning villa.

This beautiful villa met all our expectations, fantastic location, large pool, beautiful views and high quality accommodation.
The owners Nick and Emma were really helpful on the lead up to the holiday promptly answering any questions we had and also arranging our groups various transfers which were complicated to say the least!
This is the fifth villa we have stayed at in the area but the first that we will definitely be returning to, as we have already booked for next year and can’t wait!
