Situated in Gilbert, this charming house for $295 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful 2000 sqft. single story home with open floor plan is situated in the heart of Chandler, minutes from downtown Chandler and Gilbert. With everything on one floor: Kitchen, Bedrooms, Laundry, Pool, etc. getting around is easy and super comfortable. This property has phenomenal access to: - All kinds of shopping - All kinds of restaurants - Movie Theaters - Golf Courses - Highways - Corporate Facilities There is nothing you can't find within 5-10 minutes of this location. This is our home away from home and we absolutely love it here. When we're away, we like to share our home for others to enjoy and let's be honest, help cover the mortgage and expenses when we're not using it... Lol. This is a great space though, with a very open and comfortable floor plan. We have a pool table and swimming pool for everyone to enjoy with a combined flooring of Hardwood and beautiful rustic tile. We provide pots, pans, dish-ware, silverware and a coffee pot. The dishwasher is not available... We've never tried to use it, but are looking at replacing it. Guest access: Guests have access to everything except the garage. This is storage for us and will not be available for use. There is however, room for 3+ cars on the driveway. So parking is not an issue... Interaction with guests: We won't be available in person, however, we're a phone call away. We also have people in the area that can help if the situation arises. Other things to note: We do not offer cable for TV, but we do have a television converter antenna for local TV as well as an Amazon Firestick for movies and other available apps. You'll just need to have an Amazon account to use. IMPORTANT NOTE: We ask that if you register the Firestick with your account, please be sure to de-register when you are finished using it. PROPERTY MANAGMENT: We have a couple of cameras on the property facing the front yard and driveway as well as in the gang way facing the garbage cans (entry to the yard). We live out of state and it's a way for us to manage our landscapers and pool maintenance company. We absolutely DO NOT have any cameras in the house or in the back yard/pool area. This is completely private.

First time experience in Arizona and let me tell you... Not only were we happy with this visit, but extremely happy with renting the house where we stayed. Everything was easy going and the owner of the property was extremely helpful and very quick with response! House was spacious, clean, and had all that we needed to make us feel at home. Kids loved the pool area especially! Will definitely recommend this property and we look forward to renting again on our next trip out to Arizona. Thank You!

The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. John was very accommodating, allowing me an early check-in upon my arrival which was wonderful as I had drove for 2+ days from Minnesota. Gave me a chance to unpack, wash clothes and get groceries before the rest of family flew in that afternoon.(an easy 20 minute drive to Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport) Close to grocery stores and major shopping centers. The grandchildren, and adults, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Comforts Crossing. We come several times a year to visit Mom. This was one of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in. John was great to work with and easy to reach. Of special interest was the outside area with a nice grilling island and beautiful pool. Spacious and clean, this was a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in March at The Comforts Crossing in Chandler. The kitchen from our previous rentals was not stocked as what we were used to. The outdoor patio furniture was adequate but needs to be updated. The pool was very nice and John had it heated (we paid for pool heat) and ready for us upon arrival. John was accommodating during the reservation process answering all our questions as well as having toilet paper and paper towels delivered as we needed some upon our arrival. We were concerned with the $500 plus $3,000 damage deposit and went ahead with our reservation in good faith hoping it would be returned and it was very quickly. We could've have chosen the $79 fee that would cover the additional $3,000 damage deposit but chose not to go that route. We had never encountered such a high deposit in all the homes we have rented. All in all a good stay.

We enjoyed the house in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of things,foodstuff, restaurants etc. the house was pretty well appointed. There were a few minor issues but nothing major or problematic. John the owner Wes a very nice and responsive person. We would stay again
