Nestled in Gilbert, this attractive house for $309 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. I fell in love with our Arizona home the minute I walked in the door! Our single level home is the perfect getaway, richly decorated but also extremely cozy and comfortable. All the comforts of home at your fingertips await your arrival. Each room has it’s own ceiling fan and high thread count linens. Everyone vacations differently and this home allows for that. Some folks like to kick back and watch movies (on our 65” HDTV) some like quiet reading time. Other’s like to hang in the pool (heat optional) or spa. Maybe you want some romantic time enjoying the outdoor fire under the cozy ramada. Our outdoor oasis is absolutely gorgeous at night with special lighting effects. Paradise! Want to sharpen your putting skills? This is the place with plenty of balls and putters. corn hole, beer pong, games, cards, poker chips & puzzles. We also have two bicycle beach cruisers for your use during your stay. Our lovely community offers many, many miles of meandering trails and tons of amenities. Our home is perfect for family reunions, families with children (pool is fenced and gated), golf groups and girls/guys getaways. Our kitchen is a delight with granite countertops, all utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, many small appliances including a sous vide and an air fryer are supplied. Our home has a pack n' play for little ones. Gilbert is a wonderful family community, which is in close proximity to great golfing, shopping, major league team spring training and some great restaurants. Welcome to your home away from home! Check in time is 4:00PM Check out time is 11:00AM Pool Heat is optional. Fee is $250 to heat the pool up and then the charge is $50.00 a day.

We had an amazing Christmas break here with our three kids and extended family, and we really didn't want to leave! Having used VRBO many times over the years, including other homes in Southern AZ, this property is hands-down the most luxurious and best-equipped that we have ever rented.
The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable, and (unlike most VRBO rentals) the kitchen cupboards were a treasure-trove of high quality glassware, dinnerware, condiments, and every bit of kitchen kit a chef could need. The outdoor space was like having our own mini-resort - with many hours spent sitting round the fireplace or in the spa. We also paid to heat the pool which was definitely worth it, as the heater did a great job of holding to a temp of at least 88 degrees, and this meant the kids went in every single day despite it being the middle of winter!
And Dave and Sue are the absolute best hosts. They were super welcoming and super responsive throughout our stay, and they clearly take great pride in the quality of their home and the experience of their guests.

It was late August in Arizona so we decided of course to leave Colorado to visit the sweltering heat of the desert. Luckily we had the pleasure of staying in the absolute oasis of a home here in Gilbert! The pool and spa were incredible and our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We have 2 small children and will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Thanks again to Dave and Sue. We really appreciate the hospitality.

Took my family here in early July. Had a great time relaxing at the pool and cooling off in the water. Would typically give this a 5 star but a couple of the bedrooms were extremely hot while others ice cold so kids had to sleep with us and the pool would get dirty on certain days and stay dirty, pool lights didn't work either and we never saw a pool tech who was suppose to show. . Besides that, great place to rent and take the family. Dave and Sue are good people and location is great for restaurants, shopping, walking, etc. I am sure they will get those other issues we experienced handled as well as the place was very well kept and supplied. Park is right beside the house which we like. All in all great trip

This home was everything a VRBO should be. It had every amenity a guest could want. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The back yard was a mini resort with a lovely pool and spa, cabana with outdoor fireplace and bbq, fruit trees, a putting green and outdoor dining area. The owners were immediately responsive to any inquiry or request. Definitely 5 star in every respect.

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed home! Spending time with our family, who all visited, sporadically during our stay, was the best! Great gathering spaces, yet plenty of bedrooms & privacy to accommodate all ages. The outdoor amenities were continuously enjoyed by all! Sue & Dave were graciously accessable hosts. The best!

This VRBO far exceeded our expectations. This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the backyard is a mini-resort/paradise! The home and yard have everything you could possibly need or want provided (pool, spa, ramada, outdoor kitchen, putt putt course, etc). The location is great, close to many restaurants and retail. Owners Dave and Sue were incredible to work with and responded instantly anytime we had questions. The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful week/vacation and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Will definitely rent this home again. Totally blows away any other VRBO we have rented in the past! Great stay!
Casa del Sol is a wonderful property. Sue and Dave take great pride in their home and make everyone feel very welcome. They are very responsive and want you to have a great vacation.
The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, pots, and pans you will need. Fully stocked pantry and spice cabinet. Pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing. Garage has all the toys you want and even 2 bikes to cruise the neighborhood.
In the rest of the house, lots of space to spread out. Master bathroom/bedroom is huge. Three full baths give everyone their own privacy. House is nice and quiet and relaxing.

The pool is fantastic at any time of the day or night…we loved hanging by it first thing in the morning, last thing at night and even in the heat of the day under the umbrellas. We spent the week with a mix of exploring the area and relaxing at home. We loved hiking nearby peaks, walking trails, golfing, and looking for the wild Salt River horses!! The house is perfectly located! You should not look any further—this home is the one you want to book!! You’ll find yourself wishing you never had to leave and dreaming about when you can come back again!!!

Truly a wonderful experience. Absolutely stunning house. Sue and Dave the owners very attentive. Made sure our experience was nothing less than perfect. We’ve rented several house in Phoenix over the years, they can’t come close to level of this one. We will definitely be staying here again.

You will not be disappointed with this property, I was impressed, if staying in the winter months you must pay to heat the pool it is heavenly, you see and read about the home but it has plushy items that are not expected! Owners are very good to work with, already made plans for next year to stay here!

Stop looking and book this place now!
This is such a beautiful home and so well laid out. The bedrooms are on one end of the house while the living area and kitchen are on the other. This worked out beautifully having a small child with us who went to bed early. The backyard is a dream and was used every single day. Stores and activities are just down the road! Finally Sue and Dave are so pleasant to work with. Any question/text was answered in 10 minutes or less. Thank you for the great stay!

Sue and Dave are two of the nicest people you could ever deal with. The home was immaculate and the exterior was as advertised. This property was perfect for our family as they had plenty of games on site. The neighborhood was so quiet we never even heard anyone at the surrounding homes. The walking trails were very nice and manicured, which made morning walks a must do activity. Can't say enough about this property or the owners!

This home was truly special. We saw many options in our search for where to spend our week vacation, but I'm really happy that we landed on this one. It had everything that we were hoping for, and most importantly it had the WOW factor. The interior of the house was great, as well as the lovely backyard. The Pool was a star. Our hosts were super responsive and we felt very pampered. Kids had a blast! We'll definitely plan to come back for our next trip!!

We had the most amazing vacation and stay at Dave and Sue's home! From the first conversation I had with Sue, I could feel that our vacation was going to be everything we needed. Dave and Sue's home is exactly what you see online and MORE!!! Their home was spotless, beautifully decorated, great location and comfortable. Amazing Resort
Hands down our favorite house we’ve rented in Arizona. Sparkling clean with everything you need. The backyard was our private family resort. Only downside is you won’t see much of Arizona because you won’t want to leave this house. The owners are incredibly personable and easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Our escape from reality
From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision! This house provided us comfort, fun, entertainment and a total escape from reality. With the only exception being grocery shopping, we did not leave it for 9 days! Sue and Dave were phenomenal hosts. Their home had everything we needed ... and more!

Wonderful house and awesome communication
Our last minute getaway was exactly what we all needed! Upon booking the house Sue reached out to welcome us and answer any questions. Communication was amazing! A few things came up that were out of their control (needed a new dryer) and they were in constant and quick communication with us to get a replacement. They even sent a fruit basket for what they considered an inconvenience.
The house had everything we needed from spices to condiments. Be sure to check the house before going to the grocery store. The garage had tons of pool toys, two bikes, hiking sticks, outdoor games, baby essentials and small toys for kids.
A few of us would wake up early to run around the neighborhood and then would drive about 30 minutes to different hiking locations all of which were stunning. We also took a day trip to Sedona where the views were amazing. We didn't end up using the community pools or parks (due to us being cautious with COVID) but they looked awesome! The house pool was amazing as we would spend all mid morning til early evening in it!
This was such a great vacation!!
